I stood up for a second and laid down again feeling dizzy, I keep forgetting I can't stand up quickly. Well I could get rid of all this... I kept thinking about the thing Alessandro said yesterday "I will get the best doctors for the surgery" I really don't want to but I need to.

I slowly sat up and stood up afterwards, I went to bathroom taking Alessandro's T-shirt that went to my knees off I have had it on since i came to conscious, it was grey and long but it fit his body perfectly.

"Natalia" I heard a male voice search for me from the bedroom "in the bathroom, don't come in I have no clothes on" i said opening the door a little "Alessandro told me to give this to you for the ball, but you will choose your own dress" Dario said I froze for second before taking a towel around me and walking over to see what it is, it was some beautiful red diamond earrings, that was square formed with some small square diamonds dangling around it.
"I don't know if I can tell you this but please don't lose it it's very precious to Alessandro and his family" i furrowed my eyebrows looking at him now "who's is it?" I asked and he just walked out of the room.

I walked back to the bathroom letting my towel fall to the floor, I took off all my bandages and got in the shower, I took some of Alessandro's shampoo that smelled exactly like him, it looked expensive so I used the whole bottle.

I got out of the shower taking the black towel on the floor putting it around my body, I tightened it so my curves showed.

I brushed my hair and let it dry by it self, I walked into the bedroom still having the towel and wet hair.

"così carino" I heard Alessandro say standing against the door frame

"like what you see" I tucked my hair behind my ears, so my collar bone showed he just hummed in respond as he closed the door locking it "come here" he's deep voice said as he sat on the big chair patting his lap for me to sit "as you wish.. sir" I sat on his lap whispering the last part in his ear he groaned grabbing my hair pulling it back giving him access to my neck and collar bone "I want to fuck you right here right now" he whispered in my ear and i moaned when he started kissing my collarbone leaving marks all over it "t-then do it" my breath hitched "we can't risk anyone hearing those angelic sounds of yours do we?" I ripped his white T-shirt apart showing his fit body god those hard abs, I started kissing his abs moving downwards to his pants, I tried to take his belt off but he grabbed my hands kissing them "as much as I want to see you gagging on my dick right now we need to go buy you a dress for the ball tomorrow" I totally forgot that " but how am I coming?" I asked and it sounded so stupid "with me" he looked at me confused "but as what?" I looked down to start playing with my ring but my ring isn't there.

"As my date" he answered playing with the ends of my hair "Alessandro I think I'm dying" I said touching my stomach I looked at him and he quickly sat up straight grabbing my waist so I wouldn't fall "what why what's wrong?" He looked concerned "I haven't ate in three or four days" I saw his shoulders fall in relief "amore don't do that" he stood up with me in his arms before slowly setting me down "put some clothes on we don't much time I have a meeting in two hours" he took his clothes of leaving him only in boxers

"Alessandro" I looked at him and he hummed in response taking a black suit on "where's my mother?" Alessandro's eyes instantly glued to mine "I don't know and If I did I wouldn't hesitate to go kill her" his eyes still glued to mine I blinked a few times  "what did she do?" I know she have done something very wrong but I just can't figure it all out.

"Some other time Natalia"he looked at his belts choosing a black one, the man has taste.

I could feel I was gonna pass out it's just normal for me sometimes I just pass out if nothing has happened I just pass out.
"I'm gonna pa-" i passed out and I could feel Alessandro grabbing me.
" I got you" I heard him say

Eight minutes later I come back conscious sitting in a car with a white dress and my hair and makeup done, wait how the hell did they do that in 8 minutes "Tesoro" Alessandro said beside me grabbing my attention " we need to find a way you can warn me when you faint, so I can help you" he grabbed my thigh pressing it slightly "like what pass?" I held my head forgetting it's stitched "from now on you say pass when your about to faint Tesoro" he pressed my thigh not hard but not soft "and if I don't" I teased him putting my hand on his "Then I am gonna keep you by my side all the time" he said going up my thigh "Alessandro" I bit my lip arching my back a little when he started rubbing my clit "we're in car" i whispered as he continued rubbing, he was about put his hand in my underwear when i softly grabbed it but let go again "look at you so wet for me already" he licked his lips as he inserted a finger inside me and I moaned. " thanks" i blushed "did you just blush?" Alessandro grinned "no shut up" i said turning his face the other way "you did" he said nodding his head "shut the fuck up no I did not, I think we should take you to the doctor instead" I crossed my hands looking out the window

"drop the attitude, before I fuck it out of you"

He grabbed my face making me look at him
" we're here boss" "take us to my restaurant instead" he said and the chauffeur nodded turning the car "you own a restaurant" I asked

"I own a lot of things" he answered
