We landed in Russia and I told them that I weren't going with them I was just going to stay at a hotel for a night and go home tomorrow "see you Carla " Matthew laughed and sat in the car with the old man and drove away "Natalia" a big looking bodyguard with something in his hand called for me "that's me" it's probably the Russian guy Alessandro was talking about "Here take this it's from boss I will be your bodyguard for the next 24 hours" I sighed "I knew Alessandro wouldn't let me walk around Russia alone what did I think" the guy had a emotionless face and opened the car door for me to get in
My whole plan would get fucked if I had Alessandro's bodyguard with me so when I sat in the car I waited for him to get in and as soon as he sat in the car and was about to close his door I opened my door and ran out with him right behind me and damn he was fast I ran to the nearest building which was a mall and ran into the first store I saw which in my luck was a sex store with the most weird stuff ever. I waited until I saw the bodyguard run by the store I walked out and walked out again sitting in front of the building opening the envelope Mr. I know everything Had gave me 10000 worth of cash
I smiled and walked over to a stranger asking for directions in Russian to the nearest hospital which he gave, I got a taxi and went to the hospital

I took the money and walked out and sat on a bench and came up with an idea I make a scene a random place with a lot of people so they call the ambulance and get me into surgery "ya chertovski genialen" i said to myself (I'm fucking brilliant)
I went back to mall with another taxi and walked around then pretended I passed out I could hear a lot of people calling for help and some of them trying to wake me up but I still pretended to be passed out when I could hear the ambulance sirens I opened my eyes a little bit so they would think I woke up the ambulance guys came and asked me for my name while doing what they should do "Carla Popov" I said when they put me in the ambulance
They checked me and tried to tell me everything was going to be okay When we arrived at the hospital I opened my eyes completely but played tired,they took me into a room and a doctor did some tests "u vas nizkaya anemiya i appenditsit, vam nuzhna operatsiya na appendiks (You have low anemia and appendicitis you need surgery for the appendix) I nodded and pulled out the cash from the envelope which I happy no one took from me
"skol'ko eto stoit?" I asked (How much is it)
"9500" he said and I counted the money putting it in front of him "mne nuzhna operatsiya seychas" (I need the surgery now) I pretended like I was about to pass out again but he shook me and I opened my eyes he called for someone and brought me into the surgery room and the last thing i see is the doctors face

I wake up and rub my eyes looking around the envelope of money was placed on a table beside me I sat up looking at my belly seeing the stitches smiling they did it I looked at all the things they put on my arms and took them off I tried to stand up to go take my clothes laying on a chair on the other side of the room but as I stood up black dots filled my vision and I was about to for real pass out but slapped myself in the face to prevent it, I blinked a few times until the black dots were gone and changed into my own clothes.
I took the money envelope and opened the door to see the Mr. I know everything standing in front of me "Going somewhere mrs Popov?" He stepped closer making me step back he closed the door with him inside "There was a tracker in the envelope wasn't there" he nodded and came closer to me until our faces was inches away from each other "you went to surgery without me" he put his hand behind my neck making me look up at him "I just don't want you to see me when I'm in pain it makes me look" he raised an eyebrow waiting for me to finish my sentence "weak" I gulped hard and he shook his head stepping away from me I looked down at the floor again and he came at me with full speed kissing me hard holding my cheek with one hand and placing the other one on my back pulling me closer he placed his hand on my waist and i hissed at the pain in my lower belly "I'm sorry" he stepped back "it's ok-I couldn't finish my sentence when black dots filled my vision again and my legs gave up, I held onto the bed pulling myself up and blinking the dots away again "are you okay should I get a doctor" Alessandro took me up in bridal style and put me on the bed "no I'm fine I just stood up for too long can we go home please" I was so tired and felt extremely weak And beside having appendicitis I also have low anemia well I don't have appendicitis anymore luckily.
