Jungwon's POV 

Today was our day off and I wanted to relax. But everyone else wanted to go out and do something. Niki had pitched the idea of going bowling. And what the maknae wanted the maknae got. So the deal was closed and everyone was going bowling. Everyone was getting ready to go when I said I didn't want to go. I said I was tired and wanted to catch up on my sleep. Heeseung Hyung also agreed. Soon it was time for them to leave and we waved them goodbye. Then we went our respective ways. Heeseung Hyung had sat down in the living room watching TV and I decided to go back into our bedroom. It was hot so I blasted our AC. I climbed back in bed and opened tiktok.

I woke up to my phone ringing. I groaned. Wow I didn't even realize that I fell asleep. I looked at the time and it was now 4:00pm. My members left around 12:00pm, so I would say I got a pretty good nap in. I looked at the caller ID. It was our manager. I rolled my eyes. Don't get me wrong I love our manager, but sometimes he can he a bit, mhm how should I put it. Annoying.

"Hello"

"Jungwon met me in my office at 4:30pm. We need to talk". Before I could say anything he hung up.

"Rude"

 I rolled out of bed and put on some sweatpants and a hoodie. I grabbed my hat and mask off the chair and made my way to the main room. Before I could get to the door Heeseung Hyung asked.

"Hey Jungwonnie, where are you going"?

"Oh uhm our manager called and wants to see me" I shrugged.

"Oh ok, have fun,'' he said, giving me a small smile.

They sent a car to come get me and I was at the company's door by 4:20pm. I walked, bowing at the staff that I saw. When I finally made it to his office I sighed. Here we go, I thought.

I knocked and the door swung open. 

"Come in,'' he said. I sat down and he shut the door. 

"Ok so I called you here on your day off to talk to you about your slacking that you've been doing".

"Slacking? What do you mean? I've been doing just fine. I'm keeping up with everyone". 

"Barley he spoke. You need to work harder and put some effort into your work. You can't be slacking. What kind of impression does that show your members and your fans? That you're lazy and don't want to try your best"? 

"But I am trying my best. I still have school to focus on and I have exams coming up". 

"So, you think I care about your exams. Jungwon, you are a leader. You need to act like it. Your job is more important than some exams. I'm going to give you more practice time than the others, so you can improve". 

"But you know I can't do that. I have to study," I said, starting to get angry. Who does he think he is? Sure he's our manager but he needs to learn he can't just pile things onto me and expect them to all be done, when he knows I have other things to do.

"Remember your job is more important, Jungwon. So I'm going to cut your pay for the next three months, this is what you get when you slack off".

"Whatever" I said standing up, heading to the door.
