Driving around trying to find a spot to get ready for the battle of the life time Steve sees a nice clearing barely anything around and parks the RV. 

"This looks promising" he tells everyone as he turns off the Rv and grabs bags. "Let's get this party started" Billy says and leaves the Rv with Lucas, Max and Dustin in toe. You look at Eddie and see him grab trash can lids and walks out the door. You stay back wanting to talk to Steve "Hey Harrington can we talk in private?" you ask and look at Nancy. 

"Yeah sure start without me ladies" he tells Robin and Nancy. Robin stares at you and winks knowing whats probably gonna be talked about she's too smart for her own good. "Come on Nancy before Eddie and Billy corrupt the kids more" she grabs Nancy's arm and they both walk out the door.

Steve looks at you "Whats up Henderson?" he asks with a worried look. You let out a sigh before you tell him you have a crush and always has but since he's dating Nancy you don't want to come inbetween them but if this could possibly be the last day of your life you had to let it all out. 

Looking in Steve's eyes you continue spilling everything no longer scared for him to know. "I know you don't have feelings for me which is okay" you tell him smiling "I just wanted to tell you before I couldn't." Steve walks closer to you with a smile "Y/n I have a crush on you too." He leans in and kisses you without hesitating you kiss him back. This feels nice you thought you should have told him sooner and maybe ya'll would be dating but he's in love with Nancy.

You pull away smiling "That was nice Harrington" you bite your bottom lip. Steve laughs "It really was" you both stare at each other for a minute before deciding it was time to get out there and help.

One boy down two more you thought. This is one of the easiest and hardest things you had to ever do but it needs to be done. You might not make it this time.
