Distracting Vecna

Quietly walking thru the house with lanterns trying to see if Vecna is here or not no one notices a flash of headlights outside. "Are you sure they are here?" Jason asks one of this teammates. "Yeah I'm sure someone said they saw the RV drop Sinclair and two girls here then drove of." 

This house is so big and creepy you thought while walking thru the kitchen the light on your lantern hasn't glowed much but you still have so many more rooms to go thru. Lucas and Max went together upstairs you wanted them to stick together being alone might make Vecna come. 

As you start walking in the living room you see Lucas slowly coming downstairs to look for you. He sees you and points at the lantern then up to tell you Vecna is in the attic. You start heading up the stairs slowly as your lantern starts glowing brighter and brighter. 

You make it up to the attic where Max is waiting for you she holds up a piece of paper it has writing on it "You ready?" you shake your head and both you and Max take your walkmen off and set it down. "Lucas if Vecna gets ahold of both of us I want you to save Max first" you tell him. Lucas looks at you scared "What if I'm too late saving you?" he asks walking up to you. You smile at him knowing this might be the last time you see him you give him the biggest hug and tell him how brave he is. You're glad he became your friend and Dustins you also tell him how proud of him you are and congrats him on winning the game days before.

"No matter what Max and you kids come first" you tell them and pull Max in a hug. You both start crying no one wants to die but if someone does you rather it be you then them. "Promise me both of you that if I'm with Vecna you both will get out of here and save yourselves?" They both with tears in their eyes look at you and nod yes. "I love you guys don't forget that"

"We love you Y/n!" the lantern next to you glows brighter. You pull away from Max and Lucas before getting ready. "Let's get this son of bitch" you tell em.

Max and Lucas go sit by the window as you sit on the floor waiting for Vecna to get one or both of you. You see Max write something on her pad and show it to Lucas with a smile. He does the same and you think it's really sweet. Thinking back to meeting both Lucas and Max you never thought those two were gonna be pretty much family to you. They both are different in their own way Max is kinda like you but better at video games then you got Lucas the new basketball star you never knew he was into sports til this year when he tried out. You are proud of both kids.

Lost in all your thoughts you hear something behind you is that Vecna? You look at where Max and Lucas sat just a min ago and you don't see them at all. 

"Y/n why do you want to be alone all the time?" you hear Max ask. "I don't anymore Max I love you" you reply to her and turn around. Max's eyes start changing to white as she continues to walk up to you. "But why Y/n don't you like your friends? Don't we make you happy?" she continues but her voice is changing. 

Not knowing you are in Vecnas grasp you start to float. Max and Lucas get up from where they were sitting and sit next to you Lucas on your left and Max on your right. 

"Guys Vecna has Y/n!" Lucas yells in the walky talky.
