A.N: this is how I picture the style of Izuku's hair but still yellow and green.

Two hours, Yamada and Izuku had spent two hours talking in the library, Izuku was glad when the hero didn't ask about his quirk or why he doesn't speak, Izuku enjoyed speaking to someone with similar likes to him.

They spoke about music.. Izuku even taught Yamada some facts about birds, Yamada had enjoyed learning from the boy who seemed eager to tell him all kinds of interesting facts, he wanted to ask the boy about his home life and the faint scars he saw but held back.

Not only was this their fist time meeting but he genuinely enjoyed speaking to the kid, he still couldn't stop thinking about how familiar the boy was but he figured he may have seen the kid before or something.

They both signed and laughed with each other although Izuku didn't make a sound just let out breaths with a smile on his face, Yamada assumed the boy must be mute, he didn't want to ask because it seemed like a rude thing to do.

They both jumped when Yamada's phone began to ring loudly, Yamada hastily fished his phone out of his pocket to silence it while Izuku silently laughed at the man, Yamada smiled at Izuku while putting the phone to his ear.

"Zashi! I sent you to the library hours ago. I texted five times where the heck are you?" The angry tone of his husbands voice caused him to pale with a sheepish grin "Ah, well i may have gotten distracted.

I'll be home soon i promise, don't be mad at me hun" he heard his husband sigh on the other end of the phone before muttering a small "whatever" Yamada hung up and pouted like a child.

"Sorry Izuku, i should get home before my husband sends out a search party" he chuckled at his joke pausing when Izuku didn't sign anything, he turned to see what was wrong only to see Izuku looking at him dumbfounded.

Izuku had his eyes wide with his mouth slightly agape as if he had just seen a ghost, before he could say anything Izuku's hands began moving at a rapid speed "You have a husband? But your a man? That's not allowed Yamada-san.

You're supposed to like girls, being a fag is bad, didn't you know?" Yamada froze, at first he was angry when he realized the nice boy he met was homophobic, the only reason he didn't say anything was because he saw the genuine concern and confusion on the boys face.

He sighed and turned his chair to face Izuku's and lifted his hands to sign "First off, i do have a husband who i love very much, also it is allowed. I know a lot of hero's and normal civilians who are gay or more.

Second, i don't ever want you using that word again, the term for a man loving a man is gay, what you just said is a very cruel word that will hurt people when it's used" Izuku stared at this nice man, the man that is his favourite hero in utter confusion.

"But father told me himself that boys can't love boys" he signed watching Yamada scowl "Izuku there is absolutely nothing wrong with loving the same gender, please don't think that" Hizashi said out loud allowing Izuku to hear the sadness in his voice.

Izuku's eyes widened when he realized he had called his favourite hero a cruel word, he felt tears in his eyes as his lip trembled, he signed "I'm sorry, i didn't want to hurt you" Yamada gave Izuku a reassuring smile.

"That's ok Izuku, i know you didn't mean it. Just make sure never to use that word ok? How about i walk you home?" Yamada knew he shouldn't be too obvious but he just wanted to check how the boys home life was like.

He smiled when Izuku nodded his head in agreement, they both stood up bringing the textbook Yamada needed to check out for his son, Izuku said goodbye to his grams and followed Yamada out of the building.

"Alright lead the way little Listener" Yamada stated with a bright grin, Izuku nodded and began to lead Yamada towards his house while they spoke about random things, walking past the beach Izuku stopped in his tracks.

Izuku noticed the blond boy still there, the boy was currently doing push ups only making his muscles look even more defined, Yamada paused when he noticed Izuku had stopped walking.

He followed where Izuku was staring and spotted a boy working out on the beach, he looked back at Izuku who was staring at the boy with a small blush, Yamada smiled but it faltered when he realised Izuku must have thought the way he was feeling was wrong because of his father.

"Izuku?" Hizashi called softly, the boy jumped looking at Yamada before flushing a dark red "It's this way, only a few minutes now" Izuku signed rushing down the walk way, Yamada chuckled and followed the boy.

While walking down the street Yamada couldn't help but wonder why Izuku was wearing the scarf that was wrapped around his neck, It had been there since he first saw the boy but he could wait to ask.

When Izuku stopped again he turned to the boy just in time for Izuku to sign "This is my house Yamada-san thank you for walking me home, it was really nice to meet you" Yamada smiled at Izuku but he could see Izuku was upset they couldn't spend more time together.

Yamada sighed and leaned down a little to face Izuku properly "You know what? How about we meet up again soon? I liked our chat and I'd like to get to know you, i only live around the corner so we could easily meet at that beach"

Izuku lit up and nodded his head excitedly but frowned telling Yamada he didn't have a phone, Yamada found this strange but he simply gave Izuku a bright smile "That's fine, how's tomorrow? I can be free between 12:00pm to 6:00pm" Yamada said hoping Izuku would be free.

Izuku nodded his head rapidly with a huge grin on his face "I'll be there at 12:00Pm i should be finished with my training by then" Izuku signed with a blinding smile, Yamada chuckled saying goodbye as Izuku ran into his home.

Yamada turned around walking back to his own home with the textbook hooked in his arm, he didn't expect to meet a boy his sons age that seemed to need his help, he opened the front door with a grin on his face humming a random tune.

Yamada walked over to his son who was sat on the sofa and handed him the textbook "There ya go Hito, this is a good textbook if you're practicing for the U.A exam" he said in a cheery tone earning a small head nod.

He turned walking into the kitchen where his husband sat drinking a coffee, he smiled and walked over to Aizawa wrapping his arms around the mans waist "what took you so long? It couldn't have been that hard to find a damn textbook" Aizawa groaned.

Yamada chuckled kissing his husbands cheek "I met this kid while trying to find the textbook, he asked me to sign his notebook. He said i was his favourite hero and he is mute, I think he might be in an abusive home..

I might be thinking too much into it but he flinched when i ruffled his hair. I saw some faded lines on his wrist too, I'm meeting him again tomorrow" Aizawa looked at his husband and sighed, Yamada had always had a knack for finding people in need.

"Just be there for him, let him open up in his own time" Yamada nodded his head unwrapping his arms from his husband to make himself a drink, Aizawa watched his husband closely knowing something was on his mind.

"What's got you thinking so hard? Is it something to do with the boy?" Aizawa asked, Yamada sighed and sat next to his husband laying his head on Aizawa's shoulder "He looked so familiar but i don't know why, It's bugging me to no end" Yamada groaned with a small pout.

Aizawa hummed nodding his head lifting his hand to run in through Yamada's hair "Don't think too hard, you'll figure it out at some point" he muttered, Yamada nodded his head with a grateful smile.
