Yn's happy face turned cold. She didn't know how Taehyung got to know about Areum but yn wished to keep her away from Taehyung. She would do everything to keep Areum away from Taehyung, she promised. She never even wanted Areum to meet Taehyung. She didn't know how it happened but she knew she had to handle the situation calmly. She was not the stupid yn, who use to believe everything that she was told. After Taehyung's betrayal she finally realised the harsh truth of the world. Except for family you could trust none. Heck you couldn't even trust family unless they knew you and understood you.

"What are you doing here?" She asked with a cold tone. Yn failed to see Taehyung's teary eyes. She was determined that she would no longer fall for his fake words. In the end she would only receive betrayal, at least from Taehyung. On the other hand, Taehyung's voice was stuck in his throat. He was overwhelmed seeing his lover after five years. The person he was finding like a crazy person was in front of him. But he hated the look on her face. She wasn't the old bubbly girl who was always happy. She changed. He could just day from her one gaze. He reminisced about the days when her eyes used to light up whenever Taehyung visited her or when they met.

"I-" He was about to say something but Areum interrupted. "Mommy, do you like my gift?" She squealed thinking she made her mother happy. She didn't know it would hurt her mother more. She walked towards her mother and tugged her dress. Yn didn't want to look at Areum. She was angry at her for bringing her past right in front of her but the little girl was herself unaware that his bear was her father. Yn turned to Areum and smiled at her. "Areum baby, go to your room." Without understanding anything, Areum asked her. "Mommy, is your birthday party over? But, bear came just now." Areum spoke.

"Areum, just listen to your mommy now. I have to talk about something with him. Now go." Areum pouted and went to her room. "Jungkook, please look after her." Jungkook nodded and went to Areum's room.

"What are you doing here?" Yn asked. "Yn, I am sorry. I have been looking for you, but you were gone. That day I had to-" Taehyung was cut off by a slap from yn. Taehyung's face turned to the left. He didn't mind. He knew he deserved this. He was a jerk, an asshole who couldn't even protect his own love and keep her to himself. But he didn't have any other option. He knew how far his father could go to make Taehyung listen to him. He could have made yn's life much worse. But still he blamed himself for not being able to fight for his love. Although he had power, his father was superior to him. Mr. Kim's one word and everybody would have turned against Taehyung previously. But now he was powerful and could give all the happiness to yn only if she gave her time to explain. But seeing her cold eyes he already knew that winning her love back wouldn't be easy.

"Get out and never show your face to me. And stay away from my daughter." Her icy cold voice wasn't familiar to him. Her voice was always warm and laced with happiness. But Areum was his daughter too. He wanted to hold his daughter close to him. He missed her first step, her first word, her first cry, her first laugh, her first everything. Since the day he came to know about Areum was his daughter he wanted to spend all the time with her. Put her to sleep, go on a vacation with her, have father daughter moments but he also needed yn in his life. He would be living a dead life without her like he was for the past five years.

Yn shut the door on his face. Tears stream down his eyes tainting his face. He looked at the gift on his right hand which he was unable to give to yn. He understood that there was pure hatred in her heart for him. He turned around and walked to his car with a broken heart and empty eyes.

"Baby, how did you meet him?" Yn asked. Yn and Yoongi were in Areum's room. Jungkook was told to go back home saying the party was over. Yoongi personally didn't know about Taehyung. Yn once introduced Taehyung to Yoongi but after that the two of them didn't meet each other. Yoongi was busy starting his own business. Areum explained everything to yn and Yoongi. How they met and how many times they met? Yn was baffled. So much was going on and she did know about anything. She felt irresponsible towards Areum.
