The Usual ft. A Cute Old Couple.

Jin sat at the very back of the conference room, as the meeting took place.

Namjoon sat at the head of the table, Taehyung on his right and other department heads seated in the rest of the seats as the monthly report meeting went on.

Jin did not try understanding what the heads reported but he kept an eye on Namjoon, as to how he reacts, answers and deals with everyone.

It would help him deduce his personality and what kind of person would suit him well.

Sometimes his eyes would stray and land on Kim Taehyung.

He tried not to do that. His main job here was Namjoon. And he knew that he was getting distracted but he couldn't help it.

Perhaps it was because of Taehyung's apology that morning.

It made a sense of challenge develop in Jin. He loved challenges. He had vowed to himself that before he left he would make Taehyung see differently.

To see that love exists.

Because he had seen it in the eyes of his clients. His friends.

And even more in his parents life. They were the most 'in love' people Jin had even seen and he was a matchmaker.

They were the reason why Jin was so in love with the concept of love. They were the reason for his strong belief.

That reminded him that he hadn't called his parents since he arrived at Daegu and made a mental note to call them again that night.

Jin shook his head slightly when he realised his was staring at Taehyung again and turned to Namjoon, typing down in his phone.

Born leader, takes control but is not overwhelming. Gentle in his orders but makes sure everyone listens.

He really was a gentle giant.

Jin watched as all the department heads stood up once the meeting was over, and headed out with only Namjoon and Taehyung staying back with Namjoon's secretary.

"Please email the minutes of the meeting to me, Taehyung and the president" Namjoon said to the secretary "You can go now"

She muttered a yes and headed out with her things.

Namjoon turned to Jin with a smile "I hope that it wasn't boring for you"

Jin shook his head "Of course not. It was quite interesting actually. Seeing you interact with your employees"

Namjoon nodded "It's lunch time. Why don't we go get some lunch outside? There is this great place nearby that you should definitely try"

Jin glanced at his phone and nodded "We could do that."

Namjoon looked at Taehyung "You coming?"

Taehyung turned to Jin and stared for a few seconds and Jin did not back down, staring back, raising his eyebrows a little.

"Fine" Taehyung said looking away "I'll never miss out on Mrs Hong's cooking"

Namjoon smiled "That's settled then. Lets go out. Follow us Jin"

"Welco- oh Joon-ah, Tae, come on in. It's been so long" A white haired woman spoke excitedly.

Taehyung smiled warmly at her "Mrs Hong. How are you?"

"I am good, I am good" She said "How are you? Look at you! So thin! Aren't you eating"
