"Good morning" Jin greeted as Taehyung walked up to his table where he was having his breakfast. He looked a little riffled but he seemed more comfortable than yesterday.
"Started without me?" Taehyung tsked as he sat down, grabbing a glass of water.
"I just came back after saying goodbyes to everyone" Jin said "And your breakfast is already on it's way"
Taehyung mumbled a thanks, "Did you meet your ex again?"
Jin pursed his lips and shrugged "No"
"You are lying"
Jin took a second to accept the fact that Taehyung could read him so well. always calling him out on his lies effortlessly.
Jin gave an exasperated sigh "We exchanged a few, not nice words. But then his new partner came in and he he said to her that he was saying goodbye to a friend"
Taehyung rolled his eyes, "Asshole."
Taehyung failed to understand how anyone could let go of someone like Jin. He was literally the most wonderful person who seemed to love genuinely. Just a couple weeks and he already loved being with Jin. How could anyone experience three years of life with him and decide that its not worth it?
If anything it just proved his point of people getting bored after a while.
"What are you thinking?" Jin asked.
Taehyung blinked watching as Jin took another bit of his food. his fluffy air slightly swaying in the wind.
"He prioritised his job. Just like I did" Jin said referring to his ex.
"But you aren't being a bitch about it" Taehyung told, sitting straight as breakfast with a glass of honey water was placed in front of him.
"I figured you would have a slight hangover" Jin said.
Taehyung nodded "Thank you"
Silence enveloped them.
"I am sorry about yesterday" Jin said, still guilty about making this experience bad for Taehyung "This wasn't supposed to happen"
"I enjoyed the wedding" Taehyung said "It was.... Nice"
Jin smiled, heart fluttering "Really?"
Taehyung nodded "Really".
Jin smiled and took a bite of his breakfast "So I can definitely call you up to go to random weddings with me?"
Taehyung cracked a smile "We are leaving after breakfast?"
Jin nodded again.
"What happened?" Taehyung asked at the lack of conversation from Jin's side. "You aren't being chatty like usual"
