"I am afraid I am too busy" Ms Kim said as she took a bite of the dinner that was served "I am not able to keep up with you"
Jin shook his head "No Ms Kim. Everything is going well. Please be assured"
"But the last date was a fail" Taehyung chipped in "Namjoon Hyung did not like the guy he was set up with"
Jin sent a forced smile towards Taehyung "I am sure Ms Kim remembers that we were just testing waters"
"Still a fail" Taehyung said "You got to up your work matchmaker"
"My name is Jin" Jin said "And I know what I am doing. I have a lot of experience you see"
"Doesn't seem like it matchmaker" Taehyung retorted.
Jin was about retort back when he felt Hobi tapping his knee urgently, making him realise that Jungkook, Namjoon and Ms Kim were glancing between the duo back and forth.
Jin looked away from Taehyung and cleared his throat "Sorry"
Jungkook grinned "Well- that was quite a show"
Ms Kim if anything seemed amused as she let out a chuckle and pointed at dinner "Lets eat"
"Like I said" Ms Kim continued "I have been busy. Soon Namjoon will be taking over, so I must do some last minute work so as to not burden him too much in the beginning"
"It would never be a burden mom" Namjoon said "If anything, I cannot wait to take the work off your shoulders. I don't think you notice, but you are tiring yourself"
"You overwork yourself too much Minnie" Jungkook added on "You don't even spend time with me"
"Where were you all these days?" Ms Kim asked "I was talking to your mother and she said you weren't at home either"
"Aah" Jungkook said "I was out with a couple of college friends. But no I am all yours to take"
Jin smiled at the interaction as everyone continued to eat.
Ms Kim tapped her spoon against her plate gently as she looked around the table, her gaze falling on Taehyung and then shifting to Jin.
She looked at Namjoon "I heard the team building venue is finalized"
Namjoon nodded "It's this place on the outskirts of the city. Like a nature retreat. They have a special package especially for company team buildings. It was voted for by a majority of the employees from our team."
"What about other teams?"
"They have all decided on other places" Namjoon said "Even the dates are all decided. Our team is going in four days"
