Taehyung shifted in his sleeping bag, Namjoon's snoring keeping him awake.
He looked to his side to see Jungkook completely passed out, his mouth open as he breathed silently.
He silently groaned as Namjoon snored again, particularly loudly.
His eyes fell on the slightly translucent opening of the tent. The fire was still lit, though not as brightly as before.
The night seemed calm, so Taehyung decided to get some fresh air, rather than trying to sleep through Namjoon's weird nightly breathing behaviours aka bad case of snoring.
He shimmied out of his sleeping bag, not minding if he made a sound because he knew Jungkook was a deep sleeper.
He slid the zipper of the tent and stepped out making sure he closed it behind him and squinted towards the fire.
His lips drew into a smile as he spotted a familiar figure sitting in front of the fire, hunched over what looked like his phone.
He wondered what he was doing on his phone at the dead of night.
Taehyung walked stealthily, successfully not alerting him and pushed at his shoulders.
Jin let out a loud gasp, his arms flailing as he turned towards Taehyung, his fists out in defence.
Taehyung grinned.
Jin widened eyes narrowed, his breathing hard "You! I almost died of a heart attack"
Taehyung chuckled as he sat down on the makeshift bench.
Jin took deep breaths to calm down his beating heart and sat down next to Taehyung.
"Couldn't sleep?" Jin asked.
Taehyung shrugged "Not with Namjoon Hyung"
"How's the wound?" Jin asked looking at Taehyung's bandaged ankle "Is it uncomfortable?"
Taehyung glanced at his leg "No not at all. I completely forgot about it until you asked actually"
Jin nodded as he pocketed his phone. "Its a good thing you didn't sprain it"
"What about you?" Taehyung asked. "Why aren't you asleep?"
Jin looked at him "Well, thanks to you, I was reminded about how just two weeks are left until my deadline, and I couldn't bring myself to close my eyes"
Taehyung smiled "No wonder you seemed down even during the campfire games."
Jin nodded "I was just thinking about everyone on my board and now on my phone I was just going over everyone"
