This book is based off Grey's characters obviously lols but I just wanted to say this book will/can be extremely triggering for some people. I wanted to write this book in order to express feelings and that everyone may seem fine, when their really not even if they say they are. (if that makes sense). I didn't write this book for people to think that mental illness is 'cool' or 'popular' , I wrote this book to express my emotions and/or feelings or events that has happened to me as a coping mechanism. I hope/intend for this book to teach/help others who may or may not understand mental illness. Every time I start to talk about triggering things i'll put trigger warnings because I know people like the warnings.
