Yes, so many chapters in one day, it's annoying. But, it helps me keep the story going on.

"What's wrong?" Everest ran inside to find Bret.

"This can't be right." Bret fell to his knees crying.

"Hey, hey, what happened?" Everest hugged Bret from behind.

"It's..." Bret sniffed hard.

"What?" Everest frowned.

"I don't know how to put it." Bret whimpered.

"It can't be that hard to say." Everest frowned.

"Skye's in the hospital right now.." Bret cried out.

"Wait. What?" Everest sighed, looking at her best friend.

"This can't be true." Bret kept weeping.

"Not Skye, you have to confess to her." Everest started crying.

"I confessed to her, why her? WHY COULDN'T IT BE ME?!" Bret cried loudly.

"We have to go now." Everest cried.

"Amanda!" Bret cried out.

"Yes?" Amanda called.

"Can you take me and Everest to the hospital? Skye's in there right now." Bret frowned, he stopped crying.

Amanda agreed and took Everest and Bret to the hospital, "How did it happen?"

"The nurse on the other line said her stomach temporarily shut down." Bret sighed in disbelief.

They finally arrived at the hospital, they walked to the reception.

"Hello! What can I do for you both?" The nurse asked.

"We would like to visit Skye Summers. Is that possible?" Bret asked, undercover as Ace Wolffe.

"Sure! Your names?" The nurse grabbed her clipboard.

"Everest and Ace," Everest responded.

"Ok! Floor 12, room 10." The nurse nodded.

They took the first elevator they found and waited to get to the 12th floor, "I shouldn't have left her behind."

Everest hugged Bret, "It's not your fault."

Bret cried, "Thank you."

They arrived at the 12th floor, "Room 10, look at numbers. Key details are in the numbers."

Everest nodded, hoping to find the room first try. It only took a minute to get to room 1210.

Bret knocked on the door, "Come in."

"Hey Bolt." Bret deepened his voice.

"You must be Ace, right? The nurse said you were visiting my sister." Bolt greeted.

"Yes, I'm Ace Wolffe." Bret put his hand out, waiting for a handshake.

"Sorry for my manners. My sister isn't in the best condition." Bolt whimpered.

"I got a call from the hospital just a few minutes ago." Bret frowned.

"Why do you wear a mask Ace?" Bolt asked.

"It's a hospital, you have to wear one." Bret looked at Everest.

'I know it's you, Bret.' Bolt mouth to Bret.

"Who's this "Bret" you speak of?" Bret lied, hiding behind Ace wasn't working.

"I gotta get back to work. See you guys, Ace great meeting you." Bolt walked out of the room.
