Unexpected love - Mattheo Riddle

It's 5 am,
I wake up from the loud noise that my alarm makes and I groan as I sit up and look over to Pansy's bed, how is she still sleeping?

"Wake up!" I yell as I get out of my bed and drink some water.
"What time is it?" She asks
"5 am." I answer
"What the fuck, why are you up this early?" She asks as she sits up.
"We're going for a run, I have some things to tell you." I say as I grab her arm and pull her up as hard as I can.
"Just a little longer." She says as she lays back down
"Voldemort will be here in a few hours." I say to shock her.
"You're lying." She replies as she sits straight up immediately, looking terrified.
"I am most certainly not, come on." I say as I put on leggings and a sweater.

After Pansy gets dressed we go for a run around the castle, I don't want to go further because I am not sure if it will be safe.
I tell Pansy the things that she has to know before we arrive at the courtyard.

We sit down on the damp grass and Pansy downs her bottle of water.
"I really need to work on my running skills, I don't understand how you can do this without almost dying." She says out of breath.
We laugh and discuss today some more before we see our friends walking into the courtyard.

"Draco!" Pansy yells as she gets up and attempts to fix her hair.
"Not now Parkinson." He says annoyed as he offers his hand to help me get up, I take it and pull myself up and hug my brother.

I smile at Mattheo and Lorenzo and completely ignore Theodore because he's a dick.
"Why are you guys up so early?" Theodore asks with a smirk, strange.
"We went for a run around the castle." I tell them, Pansy is still obsessively staring at Draco, creepy.
"Don't die today, please." I say with a smile as I look at the boys.
"If you won't kill us." Mattheo says
"No worries, my boy." I say with a smile as I take Pansy's hand and I walk away smiling.

"My boy! What is that about?" She asks excitedly.
"It's just an inside joke!" I say laughing
"I can tell when you're lying! You like Mattheo!" She shouts in response "just admit it!" She adds while laughing.
"I will tell you tomorrow, if we're all still alive and well." I say as we walk into the hallways.
I don't think I have ever experienced the castle this quiet, there are a house elves cleaning but that's mostly it.

"Hey Evelyn?" Pansy asks
"What's up?" I question in response
"Don't die today, I can't lose you too." She says as she looks down at the floor.
"What do you mean you'll lose me too?" I ask
"Astoria, she left because she thought I replaced her, even though I didn't mean to." Pansy says
"I won't die, Astoria will." I say as I feel myself getting angry.
"No you can't kill her!" Pansy shouts
"Why not?" I ask
"Because I want to." She answers and we both laugh as we get to the common room.

"Pans?"
"What's wrong?"
"I don't want you to fight."
"Why not?" She asks
"Because I know you, you will be on whatever side Draco is and he's on Voldemort's side." I tell her "he's a deatheater." I explain.
"I know that, doesn't everyone?" She asks
"I'm on his side, but not because of him, my older brother is on their side." She says
"You have a brother?" I ask surprised
"You didn't know?"
"Hell no, is he hot?" I ask smirking
"You already have Riddle." She says
"Oh shut up!" I shout
"I won't be fighting against you, I will be fighting with my brother." She says "and I hate to admit it but you will beat my ass, any day." She says, we both smile.

After a few more minutes of talking about her older brother, Phineas and about the fight I take a shower before she does and we get ready for what will be our last 'normal' breakfast.
