Zoo Trip Part 2

He felt that same wave of cold but worse than before and he let go right away. Yuri used the rest of the sunblock on himself just to use it up. Yuri now understood what Lapin meant about her murderous glare that can and has killed. No one has ever sent fear coursing through his veins other than his father. But that didn't make him scared of Jade but even more infatuated by her.

They make it to the zoo so everyone got off the bus and the teachers tell them the rules. The kids have the entire zoo to themselves but have to be back at and on the bus right before closing. They can go off on their own or in groups. The teachers walked the students to the gate so everyone could pay.

Jade got inside and started to make her way around. Jade heard running feet getting closer so she turned around and saw Yuri beside her. She rolls her eyes and continues to walk as if he wasn't there. Yuri just smirks as he walks beside Jade. He got to the door to the first pavilion building so he let her enter first. Jade looked a little annoyed with him but she enters anyway and gives her eyes a roll. Jade pulls her phone out and starts to take photos of the animals. She took her time not wanting to rush this trip at all.

"You're really cute when you smile," Yuri said, gliding his finger over her cheek.

Jade just rolled her eyes again and slapped Yuri's hand away from her before continuing to walk. She wanted to kill him so badly but they were in broad daylight and other students were around so she couldn't. She even tried to run and hide away from him but he would keep finding her wherever she was. Jade made it to the otter exhibit so she squats down watching the otters swim around. She gets a few photos and videos of the otters.

"Guess otters are your fav animal?" Yuri asked as he squatted down next to Jade.

Jade wanted to punch him so badly but she might as well answer, "One of them, yes, my mother told me this fact about them and it was so cute. A mated pair of sea otters hold hands to stop themselves from drifting apart and losing each other when they sleep in the water. Otters fear losing their mate to another male while sleeping. I thought that was so adorable when I was a kid and still do. To love someone so much you fear to lose them so you hold on to each other even in sleep."

"Wow, didn't think you had a soft side to you Triple D," Yuri said with a smirk.

Jade slapped her hand over his mouth and made sure no one heard him.

"Keep that shit to yourself and do not call me that out in public, asshole. We may be number one but that means we gain a lot of enemies around the world. There have been one too many kidnapping attempts on my head to gain control of my family. So say that again and I will cut that fucking tongue out of your face and serve it to you on a silver platter."

Using her hand that's over his mouth she pushes him back and she gets up. Lapin had run up on the two of them.

"There you two are, I was looking all over for you both," Lapin said with a smile but that left his face as he felt the tense atmosphere.

"Keep a fucking leash on your dog and keep him away from me." Jade shot a glare at Lapin before she walked off.

The two boys watch her walk away, Lapin shaking in fear as Yuri watches her with interest. Jade made her way to the orangutan exhibit and watched the little babies play around. Lapin helped Yuri back to his feet, scared and confused as to what pissed Jade off so much.

"What did you do or say to her?" Lapin asked, looking his friend in the eyes.

"Oh nothing, now go I'm still having my fun with her." Yuri turned in the direction she left in.

Lapin grabbed his arm tight, stopping him from walking away. "You have a death wish, you are clearly pissing her off. Your families already hate one another, why wage war with them just to get close to her."

"It makes it just that more fun knowing full well I can't have her." Yuri gave Lapin a smirk before pulling away and walking off.

"He is gonna get himself killed," Lapin rolled his eyes.

Of course, Yuri caught up to Jade and continued to follow her around the zoo. Lapin tagged along with the strange two just to make sure his friend doesn't do anything stupid again. When lunch rolled around Jade stopped at one of the many restaurants to get something to eat. Jade was about to pay when Yuri stepped in and paid for her meal. Jade looked at him pissed but put her card away.

"Awe cute, your boyfriend is paying for you," The cashier said.

"He's not my boyfriend, just an annoying pest that can't leave me alone." Jade walked to wait for her order.

The cashier just looked confused as she watched Jade walk away and then looked at Yuri. He had a smug smile and ordered his food next and paid. Yuri left and stood next to Jade leaning on the wall behind them with his arms crossed over his chest. Lapin joined the two standing next to Yuri just to stay away from Jade. They all got their food and Yuri sat with jade, he didn't care she was pissed with him. Lapin never looked up from his meal to Jade as he was too scared of her.
