Wednesday

It has finally came.

After spending the day Hoseok gave to him to get ready, studying the contract paper he was given, and requesting to move his shift to evening, he can say he is prepared.

Of course that shift request didn't go as smooth as I narrated it, Yoongi was scolded by the head nurse who's assigning their shifts because it was done only monthly, and the shift assigning was already performed weeks ago.

He is grateful that Hoseok provided him a day to spare because he found the shift request to be the most difficult, he had to contact night shift nurses by himself to take over his, because the head nurse refused to do it for him.

A number of his workmates wouldn't agree, telling Yoongi a never-ending list of excuses why they couldn't, but fortunately after many begging, someone finally consented to switch shifts.

Yoongi's new shift is now from 8:00 PM to 3:00 AM, which means after his duty as Jung's personal nurse, he'll head to his work after an hour since his duty ends at 7PM.

-

Yoongi put on a simple long sleeved black polo and black trousers, the said black polo was tucked in his jeans, since it is stated at the contract that he's not required to wear scrubs in order to avoid people thinking he's here as the nurse of the boss. Hoseok doesn't want his employees to know he's sick.

The nurse then arrived at the company building and immediately made his way to his now boss' office, the said male is waiting for him.

"Goodmorning, Mr. Jung." Yoongi greeted and bowed at Hoseok who stood up as soon as he entered the office.

"Goodmorning, Yoongi. Have a seat, have you already signed the papers?" Hoseok asked, hands gesturing Yoongi to occupy the seat in front of him.

Yoongi nodded as he placed the white envelope that was once tuck in between his armpits down to the boss' desks, "Yup!" He nodded enthusiastically, with Hoseok returning the nod and smiled as he went to grab the folder.

The nurse let his eyes examine the office, he didn't get to do it the last time he was here because he was nervous and uncomfortable, right now he assumes that this is the place where he will always be in during his shifts obviously since this is his boss' office.

All the nervousness he had the other day was gone, he actually felt a lot more laid back when Hoseok is around, Hoseok doesn't make his introverted ass feel nervous anymore.

"Uhm, Yoongi?" Hoseok called, snapping Yoongi out of his observant gaze, "You haven't signed it yet." He remarked, chuckling awkwardly as he pushed the folder back to the other.

Yoongi turned back to the document and confirmed that he indeed haven't signed it yet.

He must've forgotten and thought he had already signed it, "Oh I'm sorry, I forgot!" Yoongi pouted and reached inside his hand bag to get his ballpen to finally sign the contract.

"It's okay, Yoongi-ssi. Are you really sure you want to take the job though? If you're not then I can give you another day to decide." The boss queried making Yoongi halt from signing the papers.

"N-No! I actually do want the job, this offer means so much to me, Mr. Jung–"

"Hoseok, just call me Hoseok." Hoseok once again made the other pause from talking.

After realizing what his boss has said, Yoongi violently shook his head, "No, sir. I am your employee and in my opinion we should treat eachother as boss and employee only." He contradicted.

Ouch, did he just got rejected?

Yoongi's words made Hoseok want to slouch in his sit, to sulk, to grimace his face off and to fill the room with negative energy because the one time he actually showed interest in making friends is the one time he also got rejected.
