Yoongi remained still in Hoseok's car's passenger seat as he bawled his eyes out, while he tries contacting Jungkook's number for the umpteenth time today.
Still, no answers.
They drove down every street in the vicinity of Yoongi's apartment complex in the mistaken belief that Jungkook might be out and about. Of course, the younger was still nowhere to be seen and that caused Yoongi to cry even more.
He felt like he's the most irresponsible brother in the world. It's Jungkook's first day in only Yoongi's care yet a conflict have already happened between them and that is probably the reason why Jungkook ran away.
Yoongi's trying hard to suppress the sobs he's making, not wanting to bother the man beside him with the noises. So he kept his left hand against his mouth, muffled sounds of his squeaks not planning on stopping as he remained staring at Jungkook's contact number.
After many tries, it happened. Jungkook have already blocked his number, probably annoyed at the continuous messages and missed calls Yoongi's been sending him.
With that, Yoongi stopped looking at his phone and he inserted it inside his pocket. He forced himself to stop crying by wiping the fresh tears from below his eyes.
Hoseok who was driving the car was feeling bad for the nurse, he could sense Yoongi probably thinks every single thing that happened between him and his brother was all his fault based on the way he cries.
And so he stopped driving and turned his attention to the smaller crying male. "Hey, we're going to find him, okay?" Hoseok whispers, hands reaching out to rub on Yoongi's back in a consoling manner.
Yoongi was flinched a bit but not because he didn't like that Hoseok touched him but because he didn't expected him to.
This immediately calmed the nurse down, the pain that was squeezing his chest was slowly fading. It was like magic, Hoseok is like a god who can heal any sickness given upon him.
And Yoongi couldn't understand why he immediately felt comfort in the touch of Hoseok.
Hoseok, who luckily has a spare roll of tissue sitting on his middle console went and ripped a piece of it and offered it to the crying male beside him.
The aforementioned's heart swell both because of his boss' sweetness and the other because with slight embarrassment. He took it nonetheless and immediately dried his face with the tissue.
"Sorry." Yoongi apologized, stifling a chuckle to dispel the depressing vibe he was emitted off in the car.
"Don't say sorry, Yoongi." Hoseok said and for the first time today, Yoongi turned around to face him.
The man is grinning, his lips pursed, and a pair of dimples have appeared at the corner of his mouth. It looked cute.
How come I haven't noticed those dimples until now?
He thought to himself.
But it's not like that's important for Yoongi. That was just the first thought which crossed his mind when he saw the male's dimples.
Yoongi snapped out of his thoughts and turned the power button of his phone to look at the time.
8:23 AM.
Shit! Yoongi didn't even realized they were out on the street for an hour now, Hoseok must be starving, "It's past your breakfast, sir. I think we should head back home so you can eat." Yoongi said.
Hoseok laughed, his hand that was placed on Yoongi's back went up to straighten the said male's stressed disheveled hair, "No, no we should find Jungkook first, that's what's important right now."
