A week has passed and Hoseok chose to not undergo chemotherapy. Hoseok is certain he doesn't want to do it.

His reasons : His death is inevitable, why not just wait until that day arrive?

Yoongi, on the other hand, struggled to accept it, but he decided not to press the issue because doing so will cause the other to doubt himself once again.

Hoseok's still doing fine, but ever since he disagreed from doing the operation, Yoongi has grown a little more protective of him. He's always worrying and would constantly warn him or say such things like:

"Hope, what if we hire a driver so you won't have to tire yourself in driving?"

"I'll just sign these paperworks for you, I don't want you getting tired."

"You know you can just tell Mr. Joon to go to the meeting instead, right?"

Hoseok's not gonna lie, he loves it whenever Yoongi coddles him. It makes him feel extreme comfort and love. So he did went along with some of it.

Sometimes, he happily agrees to some of the nurse's requests but also sometimes when he does not agree, he just talks to him calmly and they will both move on from it after.

Today, Sunday afternoon, was no different.

After the university granted Jungkook's enrollment registration in their school and said that they want to see how talented Jungkook was, both him and Hoseok decided to practice a dance routine that not to brag, Hoseok himself choreographed.

They've been practicing for three days in Hoseok's old dance practice hall that was located in the basement and and the latter was impressed by Jungkook's prowess as a dancer. He easily picks up on the moves and memorizes it under a day.

As they were dancing in the basement laughing and goofing around since they don't really need to be that serious since they've already perfected the dance, they heard obnoxious knocking from the door.

It was Yoongi who barged inside, he looked like he's in panic, given by his heavy breathing and rush in his movements.

"Hey." Hoseok smiles at the nurse cheerfully as he stops from dancing. Upon seeing the other's irate expression, he is immediately concerned.

"What are you guys doing here? Jungkook turn off that god damn speaker! Don't you know he's not allowed to tire himself out?" Yoongi yelled, it was obvious that he's fuming as soon as he saw what the two were doing.

Hoseok and Jungkook's smile was wiped off their faces that instant. The latter approached the phone that was connected to the speakers and stops it abruptly, also feeling irritated as their dance session were disturbed.

Hoseok, who's now bewildered with knitted eyebrows, walked towards his angry nurse and pulled him gently back up the stairs, away from the dance studio.

"Stop yelling at your brother like that, Yoongi." The boss whisper yelled, annoyance evident in his voice as he closed the door behind him.

For Hoseok, Yoongi's excessive guarding was cute at first, but it got to the point where practically every movement he makes was criticized and deemed "wrong."

"How can I? He's aware you're sick yet he's still allowing you to do that!" Yoongi argues, catching Hoseok off guard, "I talked to him about it, he should know any better."

"And what about it? We're just dancing it's not like it's the fucking end of the world!?" Hoseok yelled back, this time he can no longer pretend like Yoongi can control him around like he's some child.

It was bugging the fuck out of Hoseok, he's a nurse for fuck's sake, not a nagging mom who thinks he can control him from living a normal life.

"Why are you even trying to argue?" The shorter male glared at Hoseok, minimizing his voice when he realized that he's been raising it.
