(Jakes P.O.V.)

I hate pack meetings. They always toke hours and hours of discussing and arguing. I zoned out during half the meeting trying to think of what Scarlet and I could do today. I knew we had to come home today because tomorrow was her birthday and it would be better for her to wake up on her bed.

Last night was fun. Scarlet was actually enjoying being out with the stars. Lately she's been getting into trouble and doing things no one can predict. So today's plans had to be Scarlet material. Something that was reckless in a way, but fun and would be a once and a life time thing. Then it hit me.

I was allies with many wolves from different packs. Most wolves owed me favors and I knew just the wolf I could ask a favor from.

I ran up the stairs, passed Scarlet's room, and walked into my own room. I grabbed my phone from its charger and dialed in a number.

After 3 rings, the phone was answered.

"Speak," said the male voice on the other line.

"Derek?"

"Yes, who is this?," he asked.

"It's Jake Wolf, from the Romanian pack."

"Ahh, Jake your Alpha Kohl's son. Well isn't this a surprise. So, what can I do for ya," Derek said.

"I actually need a favor."

"What kind of favor?" He asked.

"Do you still have those keys you stole?" I asked.

"For the abandon mall? Yes of course."

"Great, cause I'm going to need them. "

(Scarlet's P.O.V.)

"Ugh, Natalia if you say anything else about Wesley, I just might jump out the window," I said.

"Well if you jumped out you would only hit the roof dork," Natalia replied.

Natalia, Breanna and I had been oovooing for about an hour. After Adam had left my room, I had gotten a text from Breanna asking if I wanted to join their chat. Turns out Bree heard about me leaving early and decided to leave to. So here we were oovooing. Natalia was going on and on about her and Wesley's relationship. I had made sure she didn't say anything about Canis Lupus because Breanna still had no clue as to what they were, or that they existed.

"I think Natalia has an obsession," Breanna said.

" I do not. When you started dating Brian, you guys were practically attached by the hip," Natalia stated.

"Not even. We just hated be apart," Breanna replied shyly.

"Mmhmm riighhht," Natalia said giggling.

"Bleh you guys are annoying," I said setting my iPad on the bed straighter.

"Oh come on Scar, you act like you haven't talked about Kyle like crazy," Breanna said.

"No, I haven't actually," I said dozing off a bit.

Was that the reason he cheated on me? Was he mad that I never made our relationship exciting, or public enough? Was I really that boring? Had he expected more?
