I watched as the Rays of the sun dimmed, and reflected the dark sky with colours of reds and oranges. Night was soon cast with a deathly frame. Anywhere you turned, you'd see almost pure darkness. The moon did actually find a way to seep it's light through, but it was still dark. Although dangers could be lurking from any direction, my heart felt peaceful. I looked over the cliff to the Evils, their eyes glowed white. Just looking at them sent chills down my throat. At one moment I felt like I was being watched, I turned my head to Misty, but she had fallen asleep. Then I turned to David, whose eyes were on me.

Even though it was dark, I could see David's teeth reflecting his toothy grin, he neared me a bit, and sat down next to me. "Lox, have you ever looked at yourself in the mirror?" He asked me, the smirk still painted on his face, "uhm, of course?" I said unsure, what's he up to now? "Your really, really pretty, my pretty best friend." He said as his smirk faded into a soft smile. Something inside of me made me kind of feel bad, because he called me "friend". I smiled in reply, and almost immediately turned my head to Misty, who was staring at the two of us.

"Dawwwww, you two are so cute!" She almost squealed, but she made sure not to make it too loud, after all we don't want the Evils to wake. I turned my head to David, pouted, and pushed him a bit further away from me. David laughed while shaking his head, but even in the dark, I knew he was blushing, to be honest, I was too.

"Alright you two, it's time to get down there." Misty said, turning a bit more serious. I looked over the cliff once more and found the Evils asleep, their glowing eyes were covered with a thin layer of skin, their eyelids, but even though they were asleep you could see the light glowing through their eyelids. Creepy right?

Misty created a ball of purple glowyness with her fingertips and handed one to each of us. The purple thing was magical, it felt warm and cold at the same time in my hands. I've never felt anything like this before. Misty warned us not to break them, or else we would wake up the Evils. We stayed close to each other while going down the cliff, it was tricky but we made it safely. "Ok, now we are going to stand opposite of each and when I finally shout the signal, throw the orb!" She whispered to us. We nodded our heads in agreement, and walked up to our positions. Misty took a deep breath, "NOW!" She shouted. And we threw the orbs down on the the ground, it shattered and woke the Evils.

But once they woke up, they disintegrated into the air with white smoke! "It worked!" Misty screamed with happiness. I sighed with relief and walked up to David and Misty. She had a wide smile on her face, but it soon turned into a serious expression, "we have to hurry before they return." She said as turned her look towards me. It wasn't over that easily.

We all started digging, using the tips of our fingers.. The dead, deep prune purple grass crunched as we shovelled the ground. Are we actually going to make it? Are the Evils going to return and kill us? WHERE IS IT?! My thoughts literally punching me in the face.

I heard David's fingernails tap on metal, I turned to see his mouth gaped. "Girls, look!" He pointed to the place he was digging and backed off a bit. "Ok.. Well, I have to chant some words, this may take a while." Misty said as she closed her eyes, her hands on her temples and began to mutter some words. It was kind of creepy because she looked like a lunatic to be honest.

And then out of nowhere I heard a familiar gaspish-scream.. "They returning!" I screamed to see the horrifying view of their black figures, rising from the ground. There wings torn. Screeching sounds were made as the came closer.. And closer to us by every second. I stepped on a branch on the ground and heard its sound, I quickly took it for defence and stepped back a bit. "Misty, hurry.. PLEASE.." I whispered to her, as I stared deep into the creatures' eyes.
