Not everyone is lucky to meet their idol, not even at least 1 in a million of chances. But for y/n, the universe might be in her side as she met the extraordinary, Cate Blanchett in a very different way that she would never expect.
"Okay, let me just process your imagination for a while." Mia said.
We're seating in the couch right now. I'm already done telling her everything, but even that, she doesn't believe in anything that I just said.
"Are you fucking kidding me? I know it doesn't looks real, I can't believe it either. But it really happened! I'm with her yesterday!"
"Y/n, even this is a real shit, how the fuck did that happen in just 1 day?!", she says.
"I already told you!... Okay, you want proof? wait your ass there" I said while scrolling thru my phone. I googled the latest photo of Cate that captured by paparazzi last night.
I showed her the photo, "Do you see the cart with boxes that she's pushing?", "And see that boxes in the floor?" I said pointing out those boxes, "That's my groceries, from last night. I bet there's also a photo of us where she's dragging me outside".
"What? You're definitely making this up"
"God, please I also wish I am" Then my phone vibrates, someone texted me. Right in the time.

"Bitch, Cate texted me!!", I lend her my phone while hitting her lap, excitedly. "I keep telling you, she's the one you saw earlier."
She look at me, "Call her, then I'll believe you."
I shook my head, "Hell no! I changed my mind, It's okay if you don't believe me." I said while trying to get my phone, but she immediately put it away from me. "I'm calling her", she said and run upstairs.
I followed her and I heard that the phone is already ringing, my eyes widened. Then when someone answered, Mia let me get my phone from her then run away from me, again. Yes, run for your life.
"Hey Caaate", I said as I'm talking away from my phone because I'm still trying to catch Mia.
"Hi, Cutie. You're already calling? That's a fast." she said teasingly, I can see her smirking behind the phone.
"No, I--", I glaired at Mia and put my index finger to my lips to shut her up. I put the call in loud speaker, "Mia's here, and she doesn't believe me when I say that we hang out yesterday. I just want to know that... it's real, right? Like I literally ate dinner with Cate Blanchett?"
"...No, It's not. Wait, who's this again?"
"Huh? It's y/n. You just said my name earlier" I said confused.
"I didn't. I'm not Cate Blanchett that you're talking about. I think you called the wrong number miss..." then she hang up. What?
"Oh my god, Y/n. I told you, you're hallucinating, you're probably drunk last night. You just embarrassed yourself from that person." she said while crossing her arms as if she's right the whole time.
I hit her arm, "No! She's probably just playing with me. That's her voice, I'm not crazy", Then my phone is ringing. Cate is calling. I look at Mia and said, "See?".
"I'm kidding, of course everything is real. Do I look like a dream to you?"
"You just had to do that, don't you? And maybe? you're my greatest dream of all time" I chuckled.
"Yes, at least we're quits now!"
"Mia thought I'm hallucinating, thanks to you"
"I hope you didn't hit your friend for not believing." she said while laughing.
"Haha very funny, Cate. I already did. I'm so close to beat her ass. And maybe, you're next." I said rolling my eyes to Mia.
"Oh, really? You'll beat my ass now? can't you just forgive Catie Blanchettie?", she said. I laugh at her, now she's also using nicknames to herself?
"Okay. You're forgiven now, My Goddess." I said with a soft chuckle. I heard Mia whispering, 'that fast?!'.
"Anyway, That's only the reason I called you. I hope I'm not disturbing you on anything."
"Of course you don't. Oh, and say hi to Mia for me, I hope she'll believe now."
"Okay, Catie. Copy that. Will see you next week, Byeee"
"See you, then. Bye, darling." she says before hanging up. I look at Mia, smirking.
"Girl?! I'm now convinced. How the f you won from life?!" She said after shaking me in my shoulders.
"That's also my question that I'll probably can't find the answer." I shrugged. "Oh and Cate said hi to you, she also said and I quote, 'I hope she'll believe now'. Bitch, you better be."
She shakes me, again. "I heard that?! And she knows me already? i love you?!"
"of course, I talked too much probably" I said while laughing. "Hey, Don't you forget what you did earlier! You literally said that I finally got laid? You're a dumb ass, She maybe heard that."
"Sorry, okay? It's the first time you brought someone in your house...But I think you'll get there. With her. Maybe, in another universe?" She says while raising her eyebrows up and down.
"Gosh, do you hear yourself? She's literally a married person, Mia. Of course, it's going to be her husband in very universe." I said rolling my eyes to her.
"But you call her what, Catie? my god y/n, it cringe the heck out of me."
"Hey, It's a good one." I pouted. "She also called me nicknames too, you know. Darling, Sweetheart, Cutie...Oh my god she called me Cutie."
"Yeah, but it definitely suits her."
"...Okay you're right, can't deny on that."
"Of course, I'm always right" she said flipping her hair. "But wait, You are going to see her? again? next week?"
I smiled widely, "Uhuh, I will. Specifically, in monday. Do you want to come? It's in the Theatre."
"Oh, I would like that. But I have work, you know. I'll come with you in thursday?"
"Sure, I'm probably going there everyday now so..."
"What? every single day? Gosh, I can see how much crazy you are to her."
"Hey, she invited me. I can't not go, you know. It's Literally Cate Blanchett, who doesn't want to see her act in person?"
"See, you'll do anything just to see her. Find a job to do, Y/n." She says while rolling her eyes.
"Whatever you say. I'm going to cook something to eat, I bet you're hungry too."
"Thank god you know I am."
