Turns out, the numbers Bobby wrote on his hand were coordinates. Though it took us a really long time to figure that out since Frank, one of Bobby's crazy friends, took four weeks and a personal visit to tell us. They led us to an empty field that Dick Roman had apparently bought through on of his subsidiaries. Dean got a call from Sam with an update on the case he'd gone after, but something went wrong. So, we left Frank to watch the surveillance while we went off to go save Sam.
The creatures he went after were Vetalas. Anyway, so after that Dean got sent back in time and met the Elliot Ness. No, I'm not kidding. While he was working with Ness to stop our time-traveling bad guy, a Mr. Snider, Sam and I were working from our end to try and bring him back with a little help from Sherriff Mills who was the one who actually found us the case. She was more than happy to not only give another opinion, but also watch Maddie and Zep while Sam and I worked.
The case after that had to do with children's worst fears coming to life at Plucky Pennywhistle's Magic Menagerie. I felt bad for Sammy on that case because he had to deal with a lot of clowns. It turned out to be one of the employees, Howard, performing some kind of spell to make the kids' fears come to life. Dean made him face his fear of the water and then it was over. The case after that wasn't nearly as exciting.
We went after a guy who had been possessed by a demon we helped take care of a few years back. It turned out, he missed being possessed, so he was picking up where the demon left off on some sort of hit list. At first, we thought the demon was back from Hell, but no, it was just plain old Jeffery. What Sammy wasn't telling us, and what we would find out not too long after, was that the Lucifer hallucinations were getting worse again.
Anyway, before we found that out, we dealt with one more case. A man had sold a bunch of his mom's things after she died, and they turned out to be cursed objects. We thought that was all it was, until Sam realized something. Almost every single shop on the street was owned by the same company, Bicklebee Reality. Thanks to a little help from Frank, Dean figured out that they were connected to Richard Roman Enterprises.
So, what at first seemed like a simple cursed object case turned into a Leviathan thing. The man who sold his mom's stuff, Scott, called us saying he looked into one of his mom's old mirrors and so we rushed to help only to find him taped to a chair and the two Leviathans running Bicklebee Reality in the shop. The woman's assistant helped us take her down so he could eat her. He let loose that Dick was going to cure cancer when we asked about the empty field and then we ditched town.
When we got to Frank's the place was trashed and there was blood on some of the screens, one of which still showed a picture of Dick Roman's face.

"Dean!" I yelled, trying to keep up with Maddie and Zep in tow.
"Okay, sir? You can't just barge in here without an appointment!" a nurse was telling Dean as he made his way toward a doctor sitting at a desk.
"They said, 'Talk to Kadinsky'. You Kadinsky?" Dean addressed the doctor.
"You need to be scheduled!" the nurse insisted.
"Well, then schedule me!" Dean yelled at her. "He was in a car crash. Why the hell can't I see him?"
"You're Sam Smith's family?" Dr. Kadinsky asked, looking from Dean, back to me and the kids and back.
"Yeah, what's going on?" Dean shot back.
"It- it's fine. Thank you, really," Dr. Kadinsky addressed the nurse, who looked worriedly from Dean to me then headed back through the door Dean had barged through. "Sam was admitted. He was treated for a broken rib and lacerations."
"Okay. That's not too bad. And?"
"And... he's on our locked psychiatric floor."
My heart dropped in my chest. This was so much worse than we thought. Sam had admitted that he wasn't getting any sleep thanks to Lucifer, but no way did we think it was bad enough to warrant a trip to the psych ward. Dean was just staring at the doctor in shock.
"I mean, he's had some trouble..." he trailed off.
"So, you're aware that Sam is experiencing a full-blown psychotic episode?" the doctor asked.
"Psychotic?" Dean repeated. "Come on. I mean, the guy's... It's not like the guy's freakin' Norman Bates."
"No, I'm sure he isn't," Dr. Kadinsky agreed. "We need to determine whether his state was brought on by the insomnia or whether the insomnia is a symptom of his condition. Do you understand? So that we can figure out how to treat him."
Dean glanced worriedly back at me before facing the doctor once more.
"Well, all I can say is the sleep thing is- is kind of new."
"Right," the doctor nodded, also looking back at me briefly before continuing to address Dean. "Well... we've pumped him about as full of sedatives as we safely can. So far, he won't go under. I've never seen anything like it."
I agreed to stay behind with Maddie and Zep while Dr. Kadinsky took Dean to check on Sam. I watched the pair playing together as I worried about what was happening upstairs. At 16 months, Zep was becoming more and more independent. He was still trying to figure out how to walk and had started saying a few words.
"No! Mine!" Zep's little voice carried over.
I chuckled as I looked over to see him holding a toy protectively away from Maddie.
"Zeppelin," Maddie whined, trying to get the toy from him.
"Hey, hey, hey," I said, walking over to break up the fight. "Maddie, let your brother play with the toy."
"But mom," she complained.
"No buts," I told her. "Find something else to play with."
Maddie scowled, but left Zeppelin to find something else to play with. A few minutes later, Dean came out, barely giving me a second glance as he headed toward the entrance of the hospital.
"Maddie, come on," I called to her, picking up Zep.
I watched Dean from the corner of my eye the entire time we drove to the house we were squatting in on the way from the hospital, worried what he was planning to do.
