With a little help from Crowley, we ended up tracking down not-Zeke. We figured if we could bypass the angel and talk to Sam, we could get him to cast the angel out. So, we ended up getting him to an abandoned warehouse where Crowley could hack into him. I was in a separate area away from the boys with Maddie and Zep. Ever since not-Zeke killed Kevin in the Bunker, I'd been dragging them along everywhere with me, scared to let them out of my sight even with everything going on.

I flinched as Sam's screams started up and Maddie and Zep both looked curiously in that direction.

"Is Uncle Sammy going to die?" Maddie asked quietly.

"No," I shook my head. "No, he's not. We're going to get the angel out and he's going to be just fine."

The screams continued for what felt like an eternity. Zep was clinging to me in my arms, scared of what was happening. Maddie had wandered in to be with Dean and I didn't have it in me to stop her. She was more of a Daddy's girl anyway, so if anyone could calm her down, it would be him. Finally, the warehouse suddenly became blessedly silent.

"Day! Bottoms! Neederlander! Get in here!"

Adjusting the now-asleep child in my arms, I wandered into the other room curiously as Cass and Dean did the same, Maddie holding tight to one of Dean's hands. Several silver pins were stuck in Sam's forehead and he appeared to be asleep.

"Pinheads out cold," Crowley said, "but watch this."

As he moved two of the pins, Sam sucked in a breath and started speaking in Enochian.

"Zir noco iad Gadreel. Zir noco iad Gadreel."

"What's he saying?" Dean looked at Cass.

"His name. Gadreel."

"Does that mean something to you?" I asked.

"Well, it's why I've never seen him. He's been imprisoned since the dawn of time. Gadreel was the sentry who allowed Lucifer into the Garden."

"My, my," Crowley smirked. "A celebrity."

"Wait, the Garden?" Dean furrowed his brow. "Like Eden? Adam and Eve? Fig-leaves Garden?"

"It's his fault- all of it. The corruption of man, demons, Hell. God left because of him. The archangels- the apocalypse. If he hadn't been so weak, none of it would have happened."

In a moment of white hot anger, Cass started shaking the unconscious Gadreel.

"You ruined the universe, you damn son of a bitch!"

"Cass! Cass! Hey!" Dean let go of Maddie's hand to grab Cass off of the other angel.

"Dean, he-" Cass started.

"I get it. But you got to chill."

Crowley resumed probing needles into Gadreel's head and I bit my lip.

"What's taking so long?"

"Other than the fact that I'm trying to unravel a living, multidimensional knot of pure energy, not much," the demon quipped.

Suddenly, Gadreel gasped for breath and opened his eyes.

"It won't work. You will never find your brother. Go ahead. Poke and prod. I can sit in this chair for years and watch you fail over and over again. I've endured much worse than this, Dean. Eleanor. So... much... worse. And I have all the time in the world."

"Shut up!" Dean snapped at him. "Alright. Plan B. Cass, you got to possess him."

"What?" Cass asked, startled.
