oops, I haven't updated for like a week. I will probably go back and write a chapter from Reed, Walker, and Calvin's pov, but to give you guys something, here is the first chapter of season three!

Elliot was finally given something to do. Unfortunately, he wasn't exactly sure how to be a distraction. Small talk wasn't exactly something he's good at. Luckily, Klaus had agreed with him, and he didn't want anything to go downhill, so he decided to accompany the boy.

It was late at night, and Klaus and Elliot walked up to the house that would supposedly be the key to finding Ray Sutton.

"Rudy! Come on!" The woman called to the dog as she walked out of the house. "It's too hot to make me come looking for you," Elliot agreed. He was wearing one of his ripped band tank tops, but still wore his normal black skinny jeans.

The woman jumped when she turned and saw Elliot and Klaus standing there. Elliot sheepishly laughed. "Uh, hi. Sorry, didn't mean to, uh, scare you," He was nervous, and he was worried his nerves would ruin whatever Klaus' mission was.

"Can I help you?" The woman asked them.

"Yeah, our car ran out of gas a couple miles back," Klaus took over, noticing the boy's nerves and sheepish glances towards him. "I feel like I've been walking forever,"

"Your house is the first one we came to," Elliot explained with an innocent smile, hoping that his baby face might come in handy in the situation.

"I was just hoping I could use your phone," Klaus explained. Elliot held his smile, trying not to laugh at the hybrid's terrible American accent.

"Don't you have a cell phone?" The woman asked in suspicion.

"Yeah," Klaus agreed, pulling his phone out of his pocket. "Battery died,"

"And what about his?" The woman asked, motioning to Elliot, who shuffled in place.

Of course, Elliot wouldn't follow the same excuse of his phone dying, and he just had to say the first thing that came to his mind. "I was skipping rocks the other day, and then suddenly my phone was gone. Had a rock in one hand and no phone in the other," The other two stared at the boy in confusion, while Elliot stood slightly proud of his quick lie. "Yeah, I'm, uh, not the most attentive person,"
