18 - You are the ugliest boy, I have ever seen

"I am going on a date with Abhimanyu... Here I said it..." If I would be drinking water right now, I sure would have spluttered it all over the table. "I am so much into the daydreams that I heard Mukti saying, she is going on a date..." Cabir laughed and we looked at him weirdly, I'm sure he needs a psychiatrist to consult.

"That's what she said Cabir..." Aliya pointed out making Cabir's eyes grow wide. We all were huddled up to spend a Friday night with a bunch of movies as it was the weekend. When Mukti decided to drop this bomb on all of us. Well now the shock has subsided, I grinned about the fact that it's happening finally so I just squealed and jumped on her..."That's so good Mukku I am so happy..."

Dhruv - Yeah I guess, it's shocking but in a good way.

Aaliya - I second that.

Cabir - But she is so young for all of this, I am not allowing this..

Nandani - Seriously Cabir?

Manik - Seriously, Neither am I.

Mukti - What?? You both are kidding me, right?

"Nop" Cabir and Manik said at the same time, making Mukti annoyed while I am mad at them. "Look I don't have anything on you dating someone but since I know that Harshad is his cousin, I am not taking any chances sending my little sister all alone with him, what if he tried something nasty.." Manik stated.

"Exactly my feeling, so it's a no..." Cabir said finishing for Manik, I looked at both of them. Are they for real, I mean seriously playing the brother card right now? "Well who said I need the permission of any of you.." Mukti raised her brows looking at both of them while I grinned.

"Fine, you don't need our permission but you sure need Dad's right, I will just go help you out here a bit..." Cabir was about to exit the room when she pulled him back. "Okay, what do you both want, spill?" Now she was getting angry.

"A talk with him..." Manik said shrugging off like it's no big deal. "Yeah sure, a talk with him so you can scare the hell out of him and embarrass Mukti, no not allowed..." I said dismissing Manik while he shot me a look... "It's not you going on a date so shut up..." How rude, bloody Monster...

It's been more than a month since Manik joined us, but it feels like forever. I mean the kind of bond he has created with each one of us is just shocking. Even he and I were having a good time. Since he is the only one who knows about my newfound powers. so just not Mom even though he is helping me as much as he could. It's fun by the way, getting used to all of these new changes is fun..

"Mukti, you are our sister and we are concerned about you, just little talk and then he can take you out.." Cabir tried convincing her again and I could see her melting. "Yes and I promise I will not embarrass him, can't say the same about this joker but yeah I won't.." Manik promised while Cabir kicked him, making him groan.

Cabir - You are a joker, I am not...

Mukti - Fine when he comes to pick me up tomorrow, talk with him, but nobody's telling my parents it's just one date so now is not the time...

Cabir - Cool

We all nodded too, I can't believe we have grown up so much that one of us is actually going on a date... I hope they end up together, I really like Abhimanyu and I am sure he likes her too... "Come on you both, we have so much to plan. it's her first date..." And here comes the over-excited Aaliya...

I came downstairs after escaping the torture that Aaliya was putting Mukti through, I love my sister, I really do but she can be a little handful sometimes and today was one of that days. I guess what will happen when she goes on her own first date, I can't even imagine. "What is wrong with you kitten?" I came out of my thinking spree looking at Manik, why does he look this handsome?

"Yeah I know I look good, but can you please not gawk, it makes me uncomfortable..." Wow seriously, cocky much... "I am just looking at how someone can be so ugly, I mean no offense to you but you sure are the ugliest boy I have ever seen..." I tried hiding my smile which was threatening to come out any moment seeing him standing there with a shock on his face...

"You didn't just say that..." He was still in denial. "I am sorry if I hurt your sentiments but I couldn't lie to you Manik..." I said with an innocent face as I could muster, I have got you Monster Manik... "Take that back..." He deadpanned making me burst into laughter.

"Take that back Nandani Taylor.." He glared while I grinned, "Or what?" I tested him, not every day I get to be on his nerve, I might be enjoying this a little too much. "Or you will regret it..." great now he is threatening me but guess what? Nandani Taylor is not the one to get scared.

"Make me.." I said with a huge grin but it falter when I saw that mischievous glint in his eyes, his evil grin showing up, "Run..." And I knew better than to ignore this, so I ran and soon he was hot on my tail, but since he had long legs he was able to catch me in seconds, and then in a blink of eyes I was on his shoulders.

"Leave me you Monster, put me down..." But he didn't budge, he was moving towards the backyard and soon I sighted the pool, is he gonna do what I think he is gonna do... Nooo!! "Manik Malhotra don't you even dare..."

But he did dare and here I am shivering in cold under the water, while he is laughing his ass off... Laugh all you can you monster, I have already planned your death in my mind... The doorbell rings indicating Abhi's arrival thank God, parents are out for some party and will be coming late..."Well, that's my cue to leave..." And he left me there alone shivering, I hate him, I so hate him.

I came out of the pool and wrapped myself in a towel, I will love to change right now but I can't let the boys murder Abhi, so I made my way towards the front gate where Abhimanyu was standing looking all good in White and Black, Aww they are twinning so cute... Manik and Cabir were trying to look intimidating but with the amused look in Abhimanyu's eyes, I am sure they are badly failing...

"What happened to you..." Aaliya asked and they all turned to look at me funny, I just ignored them... Mukti look gorgeous, Aaliya did a good job on her, I could see Abhi eying her with love while she looked a bit nervous. Aww, that's new our ever so confident and bold Mukti is nervous...

"Okay if you guys will excuse, we will love to leave..." She eyed both her brothers who reluctantly back down but not before Manik throw off the last warning... "Bring her back on time and remember what all we said..." Abhi nodded at that and after waving goodbye to all of us they left...

"Oh hey Kitten! Went swimming that too alone?" He asked with innocence but soon ran off upstairs. "Oh, you are about to be dead Malhotra..." I will kill him today...
