28 - Welcome Night

"Enough, I can't handle these stupid creatures anymore." Manik's head dropped on my shoulder while he complained whilst I grinned on his baby behavior. In my peripheral vision I could see Aryaman and Soha eying each of us with distaste. When did Aryaman start holding same expressions as of Soha? 

"Come on Manik, be a sport." Cabir tried peering him off me, but Manik didn't budge. I know he needed a little pampering and he will be okay. I started moving my fingers in his hair while he pushed himself closer to me if possible. "Manik, it's just for few more hours, please be a little patient. Once the opening night is done, we don't have to deal with them I promise." I murmured slowly while he hummed. 

Soon I saw Mukti dropping herself on his shoulder. "You and I are going through the same thing brother. I guess only Cabir is happy as he get to flirt with Navya.." Mukti complained making Cabir's eyes widen, he took a quick look and sure Navya was no where near the hearing distance. He slapped her head upside down shutting her up.

Since today is the opening ceremony of Musicana and this year Saint Marry is the host so Mom told us that both of the teams have to prepare a performance together for tonight and that is why we have to deal with NH3 hopefully only for tonight. "Why are you all lazing around, here we got your drinks, now wake up so we can finish practicing." 

I happily took the cup of latte from Aliya. Since it's just the welcome performance Mom have permitted Dhruv to also join and after months he will also be a part of FAB5 which made him and all of us so happy. Dhruv and Aliya are so much in love that sometime I envy seeing them together. "What are you thinking Kitten?" 

Manik took a sip from his cup and made a face, I made him drink with mine which I guess wasn't that bad cause he very swiftly changed our cups and I shook my head. For more than 500 year old Vampire he sure acts like a kid most of the times. "I want what they both have..." I sighed and he placed my head on his shoulder patting sympathetically making all of us laugh. 

I can't believe it's 6 months already since Manik came in our lives. it's no more FAB5, it's FAB6 now. We all are so close to each other, I wish Jesus keeps our bond the same forever. "If you all are done with your breaks, we would like to practice. I don't want to look less prepared because of your lazy asses..."

Cabir - Lazy ass is better than your Fat Ass.

Harshad - What did you said?

Manik - Harshad, Harshad, Harshad, with those brain cells, you lost your hearing sense too?

Dhruv - I will not be surprised if that would be the case.

Soha - Oooh the baby lover knows how to talk?

Aliya - Yeah, just like a slut knows how to flirt with my cousin, when she thinks nobody's watching.

Soha - You bitch.

She lunged for Aliya but Mukti pushed her away. "Stay away from my family you psycho..." She warned making her sneer more. "Speak what rubbish you all can, but when we will lift the trophy then will see..." In your dreams Harshad.

Manik - Surely in your dreams boy.

Navya - Guyz please let's not create a scene, we need to finish practicing.

Aryaman - Navya is right, just for the sake of the competition let's make a pause on this rubbish fights. Come on FAB5 stop instigating and compete like a true competitor. Harshad and Soha ignore them and focus on our goal. 

Before Manik and Cabir could counter attack Aryaman, I pulled them both away. "Okay just calm down both of you. It's time we avoid them and concentrate on Musicana. It's way important guys, please let's focus..."
