57 - I promise I will

It was 10 in the morning and I was still driving, Nandini begged for me to let her drive but I know how sleepy she was so couldn't take a chance... We couldn't die before even reaching the forest. I mean what the world will say, the fighters died even way before reaching the battlefield.. Not cool guys, not cool..  Okay chill I know I am a Vampire and I will not die in a mere accident but Nandini can and if something happened to her, I will automatically be dead.

I am tired like hell but the good part is Nandini's awake and she is giving me company by playing stupid games with me. But every stupid thing done with her seems enjoyable. "Okay so a cup of coffee or tea?" She shot another question. 

"Tea obviously..."

"Always a coffee person, I hate tea..."

"Then you must have not enjoyed the good part of life..."

"Yeah Whatever, so Shahid Kapoor or Ranbir Kapoor?" 

"Huh?"

"Choose Shahid or Ranbir? I love Shahid like mad love Shahid.." 

"I don't even know who they both are.."

"Dude are you serious?" I gave her duh look and she scoffed in disbelief..

"You are so watching one of Shahid's classic with me, if we got back home alive.."

"We are getting back home alive baby..." I assured her while she pinched my cheek..

"What was that for?"

" You look adorable when you call me baby, I love it..."

"You are my little baby..." I placed a kiss on the back of her hand making her blush, see told ya she is my cute little baby... 

"OKay okay let's continue the game, which era of fashion you prefer since you have seen them all..." She was cut off by the ringing of our phone, finally there were signal and somebody was able to reach us. That somebody was Cabir...

Nandini accepted the call and put it on speaker.

Manik - Hey Bro!

Cabir - Manik thank God, why the hell both of your cell phones were unreachable, I am trying for so long.

Manik - We are travelling Man, not everywhere there are signal..

Cabir - Is Nandini okay?

Nandini - I am here Cabir, totally fit and fine and surprisingly enjoying myself...

Cabir - When you say enjoy, you mean enjoying the weather or the view not enjoying Manik right?

Nandini - Well!!! 

I smiled at Nandini who left the word hanging mischievously..

Cabir - I will just go and Tell your Dad, just wait you spoiled brat...

Manik - Shut up Cabir, did this call has an actual purpose? Or you just wanted to be your usual annoying self? 

Cabir - This call has a purpose a very serious one though..

Now he had both our attention.

Manik - Go on...

Cabir - Abhimanyu came to our house few hours back...

Manik - That Bastard again had the nerve to show up at our door after what happened last time... Did you kill him? Tell me you did kill him this time?
