MARGARETTE THE BULLY

ARCANE'S POINT OF VIEW

Tatlong linggo na ang nakalipas simula noong dumalo kami sa isang birthday party. Ang birthday party ni Cedric. Nagyong araw din ang pagbabalik ni Margarette dito sa school.

This past few days has been taught for us, especially for me. Miss Nemenzo told us to make a short story.  Which we'll need to past it next week and we will perform it by 21st of July 2017. We'll have only one week to pass the story's manuscript and two weeks for practice the role play. 

Wala pa kaming nasisimulan kahit isa dahil noong June 30 lang sinabi ni Miss Nemenzo ito. Lahat ng grade ten students ay kailangan makilahok sa gaganaping patimpalak. Hinati kami sa apat na grupo. Sa dalawang grupo ay may pito o walong membro. Sa grupo namin ay pito kaming lahat. Jiana is our leader and Bryan is the assitant leader. Zuri, Alina, Jacob, Sky and I are the members.

Nasa tapat ako ng pinto ng room ng maabutan ko silang nakaupo sa sahig.

Kumonot ang noo ko. "Bakit kayo nand'yan?"

They are talking someting. I can't hear it. They all turn around their heads to me.

"May meeting ba?" dugtong ko ng hindi nila ako sinagot.

"Mayroong meeting, Arcane!" sabat ni Zuri. "You're right on time." she smiled.

Tumingin siya sa likuran ko. Ani mong may hinahanap. "Where's Sky?"

"Oo nga, na saan si Sky? Para makapag-umpisa na tayo." sabat naman ni Jiana.

I look at them, confusely. "He's right behind me." unti-unting humina ang boses ko nanag wala akong makitang Sky na nasa likod ko. "Kasunod ko lang siya." wika ko.

Magkasabay kaming umalis sa bahay at pagpasok dito sa school. Hindi man lang siya nagpaalam sa akin na may pupuntahan pa pala siya bago dumeretso dito sa classroom.

I put down my bag on my chair. Malapit lang sa pinto ang hilera ng upuan namin at nasa harap lang ng teacher's table. I sat beside Zuri.

"I have a pancakes on my bag. You want some?" she whispered in my ears.

She's stairing at me as I turn my head to her. 

She's giggling. 

"Sige"

She stood up to take the pancakes out of her bag.

"Mamaya mo na kainin. Magme-meeting pa tayo." she said as she sat down.

The other groups are their own meeting. Discussting about the role play, that we'll be perform on 21st of July.

"Anong pagu-usapan natin?" sabi ni Jia. Na nakapalumbaba. She's tapping her nails on her legs. 

"I don't know." nagkibitbalikat si Zuri. "You are the leader, Jia." Zuri said.

She put down the pancakes on the floor. "Kuha lang kayo d'yan."

"What I mean is, magsuggest kayo. Like the plot, the setting, et cetera." she signed. "Ganito na lang. May nagbabasa ba sa inyo ng libro?"

"Zuri raised her hand. "Me!"

"That's great! That's great!" she said in relief.

She roamed her eyes around the classroom. "Masyadong maingay dito at masikip." she stated, whispering. "Tara." she stood up.

"Tara?" saad namin lahat.

"Saan?" Bryan asked. His eyebrows are met. Nakatingala si kay Jiana.

"Sa labas na lang tayo. Maingay dito at masikip. Hindi tayo magkakaintindihan kung dito tayo magpupulong." We all stood up. I pat my butt area. Baka kasi may dumi.
