I woke up to my alarm. '6:00' ughh why do i torture myself with this shit. I get up and get ready for the day. I go brush my teeth do my skincare and only put on a small amount of makeup. I then trash my closet looking for an outfit, until finally i found one.

I liked it it was simple yet not simple which is good in my eyes. I open my door looking down at my phone and bump into someone. I look up. Of course it's him.
"Sorry Connie" i say looking up at him with a smile
"No problem my #1 girl" he said in a flirtatious tone with a smirk
Is it getting hot in here. I am exploding on the inside but I need to response with confidence.
"Okay my #1 boy" i say grinning while looking up at him.
He smiles at me "shall we go my #1"
"We shall" i may have looked normal on the outside but I was a hot mess on the inside.
We both walked through the hall way towards the stairs but i remembered this game me and Conrad used to play where we would trip eachother until we got to the stairs. I smirked remembering the game and I stuck my foot out in front of his and he fell.
"What the fuck!" He said while bringing up his head from the floor
I on the other hand was laughing hysterically
He glared at me and got up
"Oh so that's how you want to play" he says looking at me like he wants to kill me. I fucked up.
He picked me up and threw me over his shoulder
"AGHHHHH, PUT ME DOWN CONRAD" i said while kicking my legs unsuccessfully trying to escape.
"Nope."
He starts walking down the stairs and I start to freak out more
"CONRAD IF I DIE,"
"Relax your not gonna die"

He then puts me down as soon as we reach the bottom of the stairs.
"See your not dead" he says with small smile
Roll my eyes and head to the kitchen.
"Where is everyone? " i said while looking around
"Well belly is on a date with a guy she just met, the moms are doing who knows what, steven and jere are at work" conrad says answering my question
"Wait what day is it" i ask
"Monday?"
"Oh okay so i dont have work today.....thank god" i mumble the last part
I go over to the fridge and open it.
"Conrad" I say still looking in the fridge
"Yeah"
"Jere left some of his hangover smoothie in the fridge" I say bringing out the jar and facing him
"Pass it over to me please" he says desperately
"Here" i place the smoothie on the counter
"So what do you want to do" he asks me
"Well i do have a little surprise for myself mostly but it would benefit everyone" i bought myself a car a couple months prior, and it was arriving today i told the dealership to bring it to cousins so thats what theyre going to do. No one knows about it except for Hailey and Shayla.
"Oo whats the surprise"
"Connie if its a surprise why would i tell you"
"At least i tried"
"Yeah sure, hey wanna go on a muffin run" i say when a light bulb pops up in my head
"YES" he says while his eyes light up
We both run outside to the car. He sits in the drivers seat. While i sit in the passenger seat. We didnt talk about last night and im glad we didnt. I just didnt want our friendship to change so quickly. Soon it was getting very boring so i put on our favorite song 'sweater weather' we've loved this song ever since it came out even though we didnt know the true meaning behind it but it was and still is one of our favorites. It wasnt long before we started singing, who am i kidding we screamed the lyrics.

The two of us kept on going back and forth while singing.I stopped singing for a couple of seconds gazing at conrad, i wonder will me and Conrad ever relate to this song? I smiled at how stupid he looked when he screamed the words but would freak out at the same time if he wasnt looking at the road. He looks over to me and see's me smiling at him.
"What?" He say smiling at me
I get snapped from my trance and reply with "nothing"
"Okay" he says with a smug smile while turning back to the road
We arrive at the muffin place and go inside. The bell rung as we opened the door.
"Hello, how can i help you" says one of the workers
"Hi, we would like to buy two dozen muffins" i say
"Of course, what would you like"
"8 chocolate chip, two poppy seed, three blueberry, five vanilla, and two red velvet" I say remembering everyone's favorite flavors
We wait a little.
"Okay, here you are" says the worker
"Thank you" me and conrad say at the same time
"You guys are truly adorable" says one of the workers walking out from the back
"Oh no we aren't dating" I say instantly
"Never said you guys were" she says with a smirk
What!? Does she know? Is it that obvious. Oh my god. Oh my god! If she knows then conrad knows! I'm fucked.
Me and conrad go back into the car and drive to the house.
