Chapter 31

Yoohyeon's POV

I felt a nudge coming from my shoulder as I laid down comfortably while hugging whatever I'm hugging right now before opening my eyes to check who the culprit is. It was my beautiful girlfriend, Minji. Smiling at me sweetly. She leaned in, kissing my cheek. I smiled.

"You're off today?" She softly asked while getting inside the blanket and wrapping her arms around me. I just realized that I was hugging one of our pillows.

"Hm.." now that I think about it, Where is her nephew?

"Rei.. where's rei?" I mumbled with my eyes still closed before putting away the pillow and hugging my girlfriend instead.

"Oh, his parents picked him up just now. Apparently their plan got cancelled due to heavy snow" I open my eyes before smiling and slowly leaning in to kiss her cheek.

Somehow, I'm glad that the kid is not here because that means I get to spend time alone with Minji but, at the same time it was a bit of a bummer since I actually took a day off so I could show them around somewhere and get to know the kid.

"Aw, too bad.. I wanted to play some of my games with him" I pouted while pointing at my dusty PS5. I heard my girlfriend giggled.

"Ok, but you need to get up? It's 12PM.. what do you want to eat?" She asked while struggling to get me up. I groaned.

"You.." I playfully said before sitting up and hugging her waist. I earned a slap on my arm for it. Not a good idea I guess.. I laughed.

"Serious, Yooh" She warned. I smiled before getting up and giving her a quick peck on her lips before going inside the bathroom to do my morning routine.

"I'll have whatever you make, babe" I said from the bathroom.

"Noted. Come outside when you're done" She said after placing a towel next to the bathroom sink for me to wipe my face before leaving me to go to the kitchen.

After a few minutes, I finished my morning routine and head out to the dining area to see that she cooked sautéed vegetables mixed with thinly cut steak. I smiled happily before thanking her and feeding myself.

"Got any plans for today, love?" I asked while reaching for her thighs and caressing it.

"Hm.. aniyo.. do you?" She tilted her head so cutely I gasped making her look at me confused.

"Wae?" She asked while raising her eyebrows. I smiled before shaking my head.

"The Jiutonin in the morning is so strong, that's why" I teased. She laughed before smacking my hand away from her thigh.

"You.. you can be so cheesy sometimes" She said while laughing.

"So.. wanna watch a movie all day while cuddling? That's actually.. sounds like a good plan" I praised myself for thinking that. She scoffed.

"Indeed but hey, I have to do some research for a little bit, then I'll join you" She said sadly while pouting. I drank the glass of water infront of me before smiling and nodding at her.

"Of course, love. I'll be waiting for you in our room" I wiggled my eyebrows up and down causing her to poke my cheeks.

"Stop that. Since.. since when did you become this pervy" I widen my eyes before smirking.

"I never said anything pervy tho. You.. you're the one thinking dirty things here" I teased back. She glared at me before looking away embarrassed.

"Hahahah, you're so adorable Ms. Kim" I laughed before hugging her. She hugged me back while laughing with me.

"Are you finished?" She asked, I nodded.

She took the food away and all the utensils I used before going to the kitchen and washing them. I smiled before going straight to my room and turning on my PS5.

A few hours later, I heard the door to my room opened and next thing I know is that she sat in between my legs, blocking my view of the game. I smiled before repositioning her and wrapping my arms around her waist while still holding my PS5 console and continuing the game. I rested my chin on her shoulder.

"So.. you kill people? Wae..?" She asked while watching the screen and playfully pressing random buttons in the console, distracting me. I whined.

"Babe!" I whined which made her laughed.

"Why.. you're so focused, it's so endearing" she said before pinching my cheeks. I smiled before hearing Yubin fake gagging over the ear piece I'm wearing.

I muted the mic before pausing the game and looking at my girlfriend.

"Do you want to play?" I asked her. She looked at me before nodding cutely.

"Assa! Hey, Dami-yah, Minji will play with us" I said after unmuting the mic. My girlfriend looked at me confused.

"You didn't tell me you have her on call" I chuckled before setting up another console for her, it's the pink one I got a few days ago.

"Ready? Just press whatever, you'll get it eventually" She looked at me in disbelief.

"Wow, what a nice tutor" she said sarcastically before resting her head on my shoulders while waiting for the game to load.

I left a wet kiss on her neck, she looked at me before giving me a kiss back.

"I love you" She suddenly muttered. I smiled before focusing my attention to the game.

"Why.. why am I bald??" I laughed and I heard Dami laughed too.

"Well.. the time runs fast.. you have to pick a character faster next time" She whined before sulking. I laughed again.

We stayed playing for half an hour before my girlfriend tiredly said that she doesn't want to play anymore. Dami heard so she peaced out as well.

"Alright, so.. Netflix and Chill?" I asked, she slapped my arms before settling herself comfortably next to me.

"Seriously stop that, I want to watch something funny" She said while smiling.

"There's this show called, Derry Girls.. let's watch that" She hummed before resting half of her body on top of me. I wrapped my arms around her shoulders while playing with her hair while we watch the show.

"Minji.." I called out softly.

"Hmm"

"I love you so much, thank you for cooking for me, thank you for being next to me all the time, thank you for giving me relaxing massages when I needed it" She looked up at me with her glistening eyes while our eyes met before she leaned in, capturing my lips with hers. It lasted for 10 seconds before she pulled away.

"I love you so much too, my pup. Now.. what do you want?" She smirked before getting on top of me. I grinned.

"...the chill part" I playfully said causing her to laugh.
