Chapter 17.

I then looked at him confused when I remembered how she called him.

"Carlos?" I asked confused and he sighed.

"Yeah, that's my middle name. My dad's name was Carlos, and since I'm the oldest son, they wanted me to have his name." He just shrugged and I nodded.

"Your mom is really beautiful, I can see from where you and Alejandro have your beauty." He just chuckled, his arm placing around my shoulder as he went into the kitchen with me.

"What about your dad?" I looked up at him, and his face immediately showed that he didn't wanna talk about it, that it was painful to talk about it.

"Nevermind." I just said quickly, smiling at him.

"Gracias cariño, I will tell you about it one day." He pressed a kiss onto my temple before letting go off me, walking towards the fridge.

"What about your parents?" He asked, scanning through the fridge.

"Both died when I was still a baby, so I have no memories of them." I said, sitting down on a stool which stood by the kitchen island.

"I'm so sorry to hear that." He gave me a sad look but I just smiled.

"It's okay."

Then Alejandro entered the kitchen, looking at the two of us.

"I'm still disturbed because of what happened yesterday." He said and I just laughed while Ryder let out a quiet chuckle.

"Don't tell me you've never had sex before?" I looked at him with a raised eyebrow.

"It's not about that, of course I have, but he's my fucking brother." He looked at me with a disturbed expression, making me laugh only harder.

"God just never do it when I am here, please." He said, sitting down next to me on a stool as I just laughed harder, ending up falling down from the chair. But I didn't even really realise it and continued laughing.

"Cariño, you okay?" Ryder asked as he knelt down, helping me up.

"I'm great, just Alejandro is such an idiot." I laughed softly as he helped me up on the stool again.

"If you have a problem with that Alejandro, just move out." Ryder then said while shrugging, making Alejandro's jaw drop.

"You're gonna kick your brother out for a woman?"

"I wouldn't even think about it." Ryder said serious and I looked at him shocked, placing my hand on my mouth as I looked over at Alejandro. He also looked shocked at his brother.

"Wow man, that hurt."

"Go cry about it." Ryder just said and now I was laughing again.

God I love these guys.

After breakfast:

This time I didn't care about what Ryder said and helped him with cleaning the kitchen. Then the two of us made our way upstairs into his room, and I placed myself on his bed.

"You need to go to work, right?" I asked and watched him nodding, as he walked to his closet.

"Till when will you be away?" I asked, pulling my knees against my chest so I could lean my chin against my knees.

"I will probably be away for quite some time, because afterwards I also have to meet up with some people because of my other business." I immediately understood what he meant while standing up, walking up to him as I wrapped my arms around him from the back, hugging him.

"I will miss you." I mumbled against his skin and a soft chuckle escaped his mouth as he placed his hands on top of mine.

"I will miss you too, cariño." He turned around and was now looking down at me as I pouted.
