Y/n POV
Currently, I am pacing around Dylan and I's shared bedroom, second guessing what I'm about to do. Come out.

It's funny how something like this can make or break your relationship. I mean, it was what ended my last relationship.

"Are you sure you want to go through with this?" my brother asked me, as he watched me continuously pace.

My brother came just in case anything happened like the first time. He wanted to be there because he "wanted to beat his ass up sooner rather than later." Literally, word for word, what he told me when I told him my plans.

"Yeah," I responded with. "I mean, I already baked the cake that you are currently holding, so it's now or never."

"And you're sure about this?" he questions further.

"Yes, just- just hand me the cake before I end up throwing it out the window."

He sighs deeply as he walks over and hands me the cake. "Just remember. If-"

"If anything goes sideways, you'll be there," I say, finishing his thought. "I know."

With that, I took the cake out of my brother's hands and started walking to where Dylan was waiting for me.

Dylan POV
Y/n told me today that she had a surprise for me and she wanted her brother to be apart of it. I don't know what it could be or why she's doing this, but I decided to go along with it. So, that's why I'm currently sitting by our kitchen island, waiting for y/n to show me whatever this surprise is.

Then, as I looked up from my phone, I saw her walk into the room.

"There you are!" I say as I smile at her. "So, what is it you wanted to show me."

"Umm," she said, looking clearly nervous.

Why would she be nervous? What could possibly make her this nervous to show me this 'surprise'?

Wait....

Ohh shit. Is she pregnant?

This was all I could think about as she anxiously walked over to where I was sitting and placed something in front of me.

It was.. a cake?

More specifically, a cake covered with white icing and pink, purple, and blue decorative marks on it. Along with the words 'I'm bisexual' written on it in purple lettering.

That's when it hits me.

Y/n POV
I watched as he looked at the cake, tears stinging at my eyes. Then, he looks up at me.

Please don't be mad, please don't be mad, please don't be mad.

"Heyy," Dylan softly said as he stood up and took a hold of my shoulders. "Don't cry."

I hadn't realized it, but tears started to fall down my face.

"Why is she crying?" he asked my brother.

"Because.." my brother started before looking at me, asking for permission to continue.

I nodded my head in approval.

"Because, the last time she did this, she did it with her ex. Her ex, then goes and calls her a 'faggot' and forcefully kicks her out of the house. I get a phone call to her bawling her eyes out about what happened, so I went to pick her up."

Dylan sighed deeply before pulling me into a hug. "You kicked his ass, right?"

"Oh, hell yeah," my brother responded with. "Almost killed him, too."

"Good."

Dylan pulled away from the hug. "Look at me," he said softly as he lifted my chin up to look at him. "This isn't going to change how I view you, alright? I love you the same way as I did before knowing this, so don't think otherwise that I don't."

I smile slightly.

"Now, let's sit down, celebrate, and eat this cake."

"Okay," I said through shaky breaths from crying.

*later that day*

After an eventful evening, Dylan and I decided on watching a movie in our bedroom.

Well, we were trying to watch a movie because Dylan couldn't pass an opportunity every time an actress appeared on screen and he would ask, "Do you think she's cute," followed by, "Do you think she's hot?" I mean, we've literally spent the entire time aimlessly scrolling through different movies just so he could ask that. It's like his way of making me comfortable about it all and that he has my full support.

"Ooo, wait," he said, scrolling to yet another movie. "Do you think HE'S cute?"

I looked at the screen and saw he scrolled to one of HIS movies. Of course, he did.

I giggle slightly. "Yes, I think he is."

"Do you think he's hot?"
"100%, yes."
"Alright. Just making sure."

I playfully roll my eyes. "Hey, Dyl?"

"Yeah?"
"I love you."
"I love you, too."
"Now can we actually watch a movie?"
"Sure."

As we finally settle on a movie, I realize how grateful and lucky I am to have Dylan in my life, and that I will always love him, no matter what.

A/N
Hello, fellow readers!

I just wanted to say that my imagines will have special moments where it's better if I go in the direction of strictly female or male (male will be harder tho), but, for the most part, it will be gender neutral with they/them. This one was one of those special moments, so that's why I'm writing this message to you guys to explain. Peace out, guys.
