Being a part of your school's rendition of the musical Footloose was a life-changing experience, especially when you scored the part of Urleen.

Your character was part of a trio with Ariel and Rusty, two of the main leads in the show. Fortunately, two, good friends of yours managed to get these roles, making rehearsals easier.

Along with you and your friends, the rest of the cast and crew have been making every rehearsal even more memorable, especially with Topper being one of the cast members as he takes on the role of Cowboy Bob. When word got around that he was in the musical everyone was shocked, but what they did not know, that shocked you and your castmates, was that he could SING. Topper was good at what he was doing and you were excited for everyone to see him on opening night.

You were, also, excited about all of your best friends, the pogues, being able to see the musical. Tickets were not pricey, as it was a school production, so it was affordable for them, yet, even if it was not, you were more than willing to pay for the tickets. Plus, with one of your friends being Sarah, you wanted Rafe to show up with them. You knew it was not his normal setting, but it would have been nice for him to come to a show, especially when it means you get to show off to the guy you have strong feelings for. Despite his reputation, you couldn't help it.

Now, with tonight being opening night, your nerves started to pick up when you knew there will be many people you know watching you perform on stage. You guys held a brief intermission before beginning the show, helping your nerves a bit, and, before you know it, you are heading on stage after the cue for your scene came up. Then, you gave the performance of your LIFE as you spoke, sang, and danced your way to the end of the show. At the end, you gave your bows, walked off stage to remove your mic, and went to meet up with anyone you knew.

Fairly quickly, you found Sarah, John B, JJ, Kie, and Pope with flowers and other goodies to congratulate me on a job well done. Not far from them were Sarah, Kie, and Pope's family, but no sign of Rafe.

"Let me guess," you said to Sarah. "Rafe thought this event was too nerdy or dumb or whatever that he did not bother to show up."

"I honestly don't know," she answered. "He might have just been caught up with something, and decided he could not make it today. Maybe, he will show up one of the other nights considering Topper is in it."

"Oh, okay," you replied with.

So, you waited to see if he would show up the next night. You waited and no luck. But, the pogues came back by themselves this time.

On the final day, it being Saturday, you knew there was no chance Rafe would show up for the afternoon show, so you were banking on him showing up for the final show in the evening.

Saturday evening came and you performed one last time as Urleen.

You and everyone else poured your heart and soul out for this last performance, making the most out of such a memorable moment. Afterward, you exchanged hugs to many of your cast and crew mates that were in this experience since the beginning of the year. Then, you went out hunting for audience members that you knew. Specifically, Rafe.

You looked and looked, but couldn't seem to see him in the crowd of people.

You figured to stop the search for him and, instead, look for Topper. Considering you knew he was friends with Rafe, you thought they could be together at this moment and being able to find Topper would lead you to find Rafe.

Finally, after what felt like forever, you found Topper, who was talking to Kelce, and made your way to him. As you got closer, Topper spotted you coming this way.

"Oh, hey y/n!" Topper exclaims, flashing a smile your way.

You smile back. "Hey, Topper!" you respond. "Good job up there."
