CH 2

Mika's POV

I'm in my room reading a book about horses until Miles came in with Bose.

Bose: Hi Mika.

Mika: What are you doing here?

Bose: I came because... Do you guys know what's going on with Chapa?

Miles: Nope.

Mika: We all know that she keeps to herself.

Bose: That's true.

Miles: Maybe one of us should talk to her and figure out what's up.

We all agreed then hang out for 2 hours until Bose left and Miles went back to his room but I wanted to text Chapa to see if she's ok then realized she doesn't have her phone (Yet😉) so I got ready for bed and hope that Chapa will be at school.

The Next Day☀️

As I'm getting dressed I heard a knock on my door.

Mika: Just a minute!

I finished getting dressed and open the door to see Miles.

Miles: We have to leave now.

Mika: What's wrong?

Miles: The Toddler is up to no good.

We rush out the door and I get a call from Ray.

Ray: Meet at the wearhouse. Don't ask questions!

He hangs up and we ran towards the wearhouse to see Ray & Bose as Captain Man and BrainStorm so we transform into AWOL & ShoutOut then Volt came just in time.

Captain: Look who's not late. For once.

She looks down but I hug her to make her feel better the she hugs me back with a small smile then Captain Man kicks the door down and we pull away to see Toddler & his men doing things then noticed us.

Toddler: Well. Well. Well. Look who decides to join the party.

SO: Party's over!

Toddler: We'll see. Get them boys!

DF: Battle cry!

BrainStorm's POV

The fight begins with Ray running after Toddler and the rest of us fight the men.

We each had two men to fight but as I took down the first one I had I look over to see Volt is having trouble but I wanted to help her as the second grab me to pull me away from Volt's fight.

I lifted a heavy object with my powers and throw it at the man that has a hold of me then he lets me go so I could help Volt but by the time I saw her she was on the floor so I used my powers to lift the two men and throw them in different directions.

When I got to Volt I help her up and she had her hand on her side.

BS: You ok?

Volt: I'm... Fine.

Then she lost her balance but luckily I was by her side and caught her so she doesn't fall then the twins came over.

SO: You guys alright?

BS: I don't think Volt is.

She's breathing heavily and squeezed my hand tight like she doesn't wants me to let go.

AWOL: I'll take us to the Man's Nest.

SO: What about, Captain Man?

AWOL: Don't worry. I'll come back for him.

As they were talking I look at Volt and her eyes rolled back then pass out which got ShoutOut & AWOL's attention.

BS: Volt? Volt wake up!

Then AWOL teleports us to the Man's Nest.
