CH 13

Mika's POV

I wake up and immediately Miles came in.

Miles: Morning sis.

I rolled my eyes then got out of bed to pick an outfit to wear for the day.

Miles: Bose wants to see us.

Mika: Is there a reason?

Miles: He said Chapa is ready to talk.

Mika: She is?

He nods his head and leaves my room so I can get dressed then I look in the mirror to do my hair and walk down the stairs to eat.

Miles and I left the house and made our way to the academy but when we got there Bose & Chapa weren't there yet so we sit down in our own chairs and wait for them.

After 5 minutes they came in holding hands as I immediately knew that there dating but I didn't say anything but kept the excitement inside then we all grab our chair and made a little cycle.

Miles: So your finally coming out about what's going on.

Her head was down looking nervous to speak.

Chapa: Y-Yes.

Then Bose grab Chapa's hand.

Bose: Take your time.

She took a deep breath and started talking.

Chapa: Okay... The reason that you guys s-see... Me with bruise it's... Because of... My father... He's b-been torturing & abusing me... He hits m-me with belts, wips, pans, anything he can g-get his hands on... But he s-said if I tell anyone...

She pause then started shaking and tears running down her cheek.

Chapa: I need a break.

She got up and ran out the door as I try to process what she said and I couldn't believe that her own dad would do such a thing to his own daughter.

Miles: Wow...

Bose: I know I was shock too.

Mika: When did she told you?

Bose: Last night.

I got up and went out to see how Chapa was doing but her head was on her knees and hugging her legs but I heard soft crying then I sat down next to my best friend.

Mika: How long has he been doing it for?

Chapa: 3 Years. He said... If I told anyone... He will... Kill me.

I felt tears coming so I hug her but didn't say nothing at all then she hugs back and crys on my shoulder as I had some tears escaping from my eyes so I let them fall.
