Johnny began throwing pebbles at what definitely was Miles's window. Soon Johnny heard rummaging noises coming from the room and the very loud creek of a floor board that was a trade mark in Miles's house, that specific floorboard always creaked. Miles opened the window and looked down only to see Johnny.

"What in the world are you doing Mate?! It's like 5 am or something." Whined Miles.

"Get up sleepy, meet me outside in 5!"

Miles closed the window in annoyance but Johnny new he was going to come out. Johnny waited in front of the front door and in about 8 minutes the door swung open and then was carefully shut by Miles.

"Your really starting to get on my nerve." Miles rolled his eyes, "SO?!"

"Oh, it's a long story, I'll tell you on our way there, grab your bike."

"Ummm first of all, where are we going?"

"You won't like this but you HAVE to come!"

"Johnny, I'm not going to the haunted house or whatever it is, it's a waste of time and you said you were over the idea of going there yesterday!"

"But you don't understand! I didn't tell you everything about yesterday."

"I'm not going anywhere till you tell me first."

Johnny didn't have a choice. The two boys sat on Miles's porch as Johnny ranted on about the Ghosts and the orphanage, about Jenni and how he fell down the stairs. How the ghosts were kind and need their help.

"Hold up.. OUR help? If anything they need YOUR help! And even if that is all true, it's a bigger turn off now not to come."

"But I need your help Miles and come ooon! You won't regret coming I promise! It's totally safe, say your price, I'll do anything!"

"You will mow the lawn for a week."

"Deal!"

And the boys hopped on their bikes and cycled in the direction of the orphanage.

"Why do you even want to help them?"
Asked Miles when the were climbing over the gate.

"You just didn't see their faces, they were so desperate and it looked like I wasn't the first person they asked for help, people just wouldn't help them before." Said Johnny and landed on the other side of the gate with a thud, Miles followed him soon after.

The boys walked to the house, turning their phone flashlights on before they entered. Johnny pulled on the big wooden door and like last time, it opened up with ease and an unpleasant sound. The boys came in. Everything was like yesterday.

"JENNI!" Shouted Johnny, his voice echoed, "JENNI, ITS ME JOHN! COME OUT, PLEASE!"

No one came out, there was no rummaging in any corner, no levitating ghosts, nothing happened.

Miles looked at Johnny with confusion and almost burst out laughing thinking the ghosts were fake. The house to Miles definitely looked creepy, like a big old mansion that no one had lived in, only spiders and rats.

"JENNI PLEASE! I BROUGHT A FRIEND!"

Suddenly out of the wall emerged a beautiful girl, her naked feet, blue dusty dress and beautiful chestnut hair. Johnny could recognise her but he needed one more thing he had to see on her. She came closer and that's when Johnny could see the emerald green eyes. It was Jenni.

Jenni first walked but seeing how long it took her she levitated up and flew towards the boys. Standing so close to Johnny that he thought their noses would touch. Jenni's eyes beamed with excitement.

"A friend?! Another human just like you?" Suddenly, Miles who was standing behind Johnny, screamed in horror, his eyes opened as wide as dinner plates. He tried to run back but Johnny caught his hand just in time.

"Calm down, she won't hurt you, or any other kids." As Johnny said that, the other Ghost kids started emerging from the walls just as they did last time.

"I- I thought you were joking, this can't be true- ghosts don't exist- that's- that's impossible!"

"It is," spoke up Jenni, "and you shouldn't be scared, we are kids just like you and all we want is your help and then we will be gone for good. I'm Jenni by the way, full name J-"

"Yeah yeah, I know, Jennifer right? Johnny told me."

Jenni didn't show it but inside of her she felt some sort of excitement. Johnny was talking about her?

"My names Miles, I'm 16, like Johnny."

"I'm 15." Smiled Jenni.

"Please help us! Please !" Shouted a girl from the crowed of Ghost kids.

" how can we help?" Johnny asked, he felt like he was third wheeling Miles and Jenni now, and he felt that it was weird between him and Jenni.

Jenni rolled her eyes at Johnnies question. She didn't reply but before it turned extremely awkward, Tom, the ten year old Ghost boy spoke up.

" well," he said, his voice a little shaky, "The prophecy tells us that 10th of may of 2003 is the day that has a sunrise of only red, the sky is going to turn bloody red for about five minutes before the sun will stand up and shine again. That is the deadline. If we don't do the ritual on that sunrise then we will never find peace and be forever stuck in this hell hole of a house, but for the ritual we need at least one living soul, one human to help us."

"Okay well, what's the ritual?" Questioned Johnny.

"So," the boy continued as everyone listened attentively, "The ritual is that we will need to clean this entire house, get rid of all the cobwebs, writings help on the walls, we need to make this place clean and nice, no dust, no cockroaches, it has to be habitable because the house also needs to find peace. Second of all, we will need a little bit of blood from a living child on the day of the sunrise, we will put it on one of the wooden plates, all stand in a circle and sing, a song we all know too damn well but I'll tell everyone later since we don't need to yet."

" hold up-" Miles said with a bewildered expression, " isn't 10th of may 2003 in 4 days?"

"Oh my- yes it is!" Confirmed Johnny, "We will need to hurry, but as I understood, you only need us for the drop of blood?"

"No no no, also the house, we can't really do this without a human child, it says that the living souls has to be involved in the process."

"Well we better get to cleaning then!" Happily said Miles, "where's the stuff you usually clean with?"

The ghost walked the boys to the cupboard with cleaning supplies from the 60 and 70. Honestly they weren't much different. Same old mops and peaces of cloth only thing that they didn't have were the chemicals for cleaning but they weren't a necessity. Johnny and Miles took some cloths and the Ghosts also took mops and cloths. Maggie (the ghost twin) brought up some buckets of water.

"Thanks Rachel!" Said Johnny with a smile.

"I'm Maggie," said the Ghost girl in annoyance and walked of as Johnny looked at her
Figure he was so embarrassed.

They began cleaning. Everyone was helping each other. Some were taking off the cobwebs and catching spiders in jars and letting them out outside so that no more cobwebs appeared. Miles was washing the dishes that looked like 1000 years old and Johnny was sweeping.

Johnnys gaze was looking for... THERE! Johnny finally spotted Jenni, she was whipping the dusty cub boards with a wet cloth. Johnny sighed and walked up to her. Jenni sensed Johnny behind her but she made it look like she didn't notice. She was pissed at how he acted yesterday. He betrayed her.

"Can we take a walk?"
