Chapter 1

Jake's Pov.

"Guys I don't know what to do"Jay said with his teary eyes.

We're here sa penthouse ni Jay. Kasama ko si Sunghoon. The three of us was so close to each other since then.

Lumapit kami ni Sunghoon sa kanya. "What happened?"I asked.

"Lolo already know about my relationship with En." Wala sa sariling aniya nito. With his teary eyes at balisang balisa siya.

"What did he say?"Sunghoon asked.

Umiling siya. "Hindi ko kayang iwan si En. But I can't disobey Lolo..."Humagolgol na aniya ni Jay.

After we talked that night nabalitaan namin ni Sunghoon na nagpunta na si Jay sa states at nabalitaan din namin ang break up nila ni En.

Hindi ko pa personally nakikilala si En pero dahil sa kuwento ni Jay ay alam kong sino man ay mapapahanga sa kanya.

Matapos ang problem ni Jay ay sumunod ang kay Sunghoon. He's parents talk about him that he's already in fixed marriage. He was in fixed marriage with a girl named Maui. Sunghoon and Maui's family had a dinner meeting together and announced about the fixed marriage. Sunghoon and Maui is not in a good state and the conflict between two of them arise, later that we know Maui runaway and Sunghoon keep chasing her.

After that nalaman din naming pareho na Jay is already in a fixed marriage and he went to states.

That was the last time we talked at each other. We focused on our lives and after a year when I graduated college, Jay's uncle offered me to work at his company. I can't say no,because it's business related and finally I will meet her.

Since the day I saw Enlighten's pic, I'm being amazed with her. I can't deny the fact that I'm already admiring him. I don't want to take advantage with her,I respect my friend's feeling for her and I know even how many years passed by,Jay still love En.

I became En's friend. After a year Sunghoon and I meet,nalaman ko din na mag best friend pala sila ni En since mga bata pa sila. I can't help but to envy at their closeness. I met new friend din and it's Heeseung. Madali ko lang siyang nakasundo lalo na at he also love ramen.

After a year Jay came back and he was the one to temporarily manage his uncle's company. We noticed that En is not comfortable sa presence ni Jay. But the two of them can't deny the fact they still love each other.

Jay and En became casual to each other,En as a secretary and Jay as a CEO of the company. There relationship to each other became smooth but destiny seems being playful kung kelan unti-unting nagiging maayos ang relationship nilang dalawa madaming sumusubok sa relationship ng dalawa.

Through the years,I became contented being En's friend. Just friend. Kasi alam kung hanggang doon lang naman ang kaya niyang ibigay sakin,she can't even notice that I have a feelings for her. This is so complicated.

We're now here at Sunghoon's penthouse.  I'm currently cooking and can't help it but to sing,while cooking. It's fun for me.

"Makulay ang buhay. Makulay ang buhay sa sinabawang gulay." Kanta ko habang nagluluto.

"Paano namang naging sinabawang gulay ang adobo?"Nang aasar na tanong ni Heeseung. Napairap ako.

Nakasimangot ko silang nilingon ni En. I'm wearing an apron with dog designs. All apron here in Sunghoon's penthouse was mine. Because everytime we visit here I'm the one who's assigned to cooked. Just like now,hindi naman ako nagrereklamo because I enjoy cooking. Nakakawala ng stress,and it's advisable.

Humarap ako kay Heeseung.
"You know what?You are napaka pakealamero."
Pagrereklamo ko kay Heeseung.

We're still here at kitchen. I'm cooking while En was just seating and Heeseung was eating ramyeon,hindi na siya nagsawa kakakain ng ramyeon.

"What do you think guys?Baka family problem ang pino-problema niya." Napatingin kaming dalawa ni Heeseung kay En,ng mag open up siya about what she notice kay Sunghoon.

I sighed. "I think so. The last time I went to his office, because I want him to see the documents but naabutan ko siyang may kausap sa phone and he's shouting." I said.

Sinabi ko lang kung ano ang napansin ko para hindi naman sila magduda sakin, but I already have a clue why he's like that. I need to talk to him about it.

"Naabutan ko din siyang ganoon. It seems like he's talking to his dad."Heeseung said and sighed.

We're here at Sunghoon's penthouse dahil gusto ni En na bisitahin namin si Sunghoon. Napansin niya daw kasing madalas itong may kasigawan sa phone at madalas balisa. Well I also notice about it. When Sunghoon is being like that,I know there's something bothering him. Maybe it's business related or it's connected to a clan.

After I finished cooking,En and Heeseung help me prepared and we went to living room.

"Sunghoon,bakit mo naman ginawang water ang wine!"Saway ni Heeseung.

I signed. What's wrong Hoon?

Tumingin si Sunghoon sa niluto ko. "Wow. Mukhang masarap yan ah."Sunghoon said while smiling pero hindi mo maramdaman ang saya sa boses niya.

I sighed again. "Seriously,
naubos mo 'tong dalawang bote ng wine."I said habang niligpit ang bote ng wine.

Knowing Sunghoon hindi siya ganoon uminom ng kahit anong alak or wine,but he's being like this and I know there's something with his actions.

Sunghoon look at somewhere. "I thought so..."

"Hoon what is the problem? You're like this since last week."Heeseung asked. And worries is now evident on his voice.

"And also,you are always shouting when you're talking to your phone."I'm avoiding questioning his actions in front of En and Heeseung but I can't help it.

I need to talk to him about, what's bothering him and why's he's being like that.

"Sunghoon..."Worriedly,En called him.

"Why,am I also bothering you?Hindi ko rin ba ma meet ang expectations niyo sa'kin?Pang-gulo lang din ba ako sa inyo?I'm sorry if I'm just bothering you...I'm sorry..."
