Thursday

"Ow." I say for the fifth time

I keep banging my head on the table in Civics due to boredom.

"You ok?" Penny asks me

Oh my god, her breath smells like coffee.

Lord may I now say this prayer-

"Oh yeah, I'm good. Just really bored." I yawn

"I didn't get to text you last night because my phone was taken away because-" I tune her out because I don't really care

I just keep nodding and agreeing while looking at her so she thinks I'm listening. Even though I'm not.

"Yeah that's great." I say every now and then

"What! My hamster died and you think that's great! That's not funny." She snaps at me

Whoops.

"What? Sorry! I wasn't paying attention." I quickly respond

"You weren't even listening to me!" She whisper-yells

We are still in class.

"No, umm....I was! I just didn't hear that part, I spaced out a bit." I look down at my hands in shame

Now I feel really bad.

"Fine. Whatever." She huffs her nasty breath and turns away from me

I don't think I liked the way she said that.

"Sorry I snapped on you." She turns back around

"Fine. Whatever." I reply back as I gather my stuff and head out the door, the same time the bells rings

I walk to science and sit at my table. A few seconds later, Niall and Tori come in. Steven was already here before me.

For some reason, I don't think he likes me...

"Hey Lily." Niall greets me

"Hey." I reply back with a smile

"Are you doing anything this weekend?" Tori asks me with her shining blue eyes

"Nothing that I know of." I furrow my brows, thinking

"Well, I was wondering if you wanted to come to my sleepover? It's for my birthday." She smiles

"Oh cool! When is it?" I ask excitedly

I never had sleepovers in my entire life!

"It's this Saturday! Just have your parents drop you off at my house at seven. I'll text you my address later." She gives me a sly smile

"Alrighty then." I nod

"So Lily, uh, what's new?" Niall asks me while looking down

He's so cute.

"Nothing much. What about you?" I politely return the question

"Oh well, I got a new Xbox 360 and a skateboard and a cotton candy machine because, oh boy, I just love cotton candy so much, and also a PS3 and a new guitar! Also I just recently dyed my hair blonde again." He says in all one breath.

"Dye it blonde? I thought your hair was already blonde." I look at him confused

"No, I'm actually a brunette. I just like to dye my hair blonde, I think it looks better on me." He explains

"Oh cool I guess." I nod

I think he looks good either way. He could have lilic hair for crying out loud and still look adorable.
