Ch.14

"He said I've been to the year three thousand..." Luke finished. After they're done they look at me. My eyes are wide and my mouth is wide open in awe.

"That's it guys. We're done. She doesn't like it. We are never going to be big like Nirvana." Michael says getting up, and heading towards the door. "Michael wait! I don't like it!" I say before he can leave. Michael turns around to face towards me. "I know you don't like it. I kinda just said that." Michael inturuppts me. "No! I was going to say I love it." I say. "Oh." He says looking down at the ground. I face back towards the other boys and stare at them. They all look at me and stare back. My cheeks start to get red from...I don't even know. Maybe it's because three attractive boys are staring at me or boys are staring at me. It could be both. All of their heads look behind me and seconds later, their eyes widen. I start to freak out so I quickly turn around to see what they are staring at.

As soon as I turn around, I come face-to-face with a dashing Michael Clifford. He tackles me on the beanbag and I'm trapped under him. Moments later I feel more weight on me. Then I feel some more. Then some more. Few seconds later, some more. I am at the bottom of a dog pile. Me on the bottom, Michael on top, then Calum, then Luke, then Ashton.

"Get off of me or I'll murder you all!" I scream at them.

"You can't murder us." Calum says from behind Michael.

"Yes I can. Just watch." I smirk

"No you can't. Cause then you'll have no one to cuddle with." Luke says from three bodies away. "I have a plush spongebob squarepants." I smile wickedly at him.

"No one can cuddle better than me." Luke says with a serious face

"Except me." Michael says

"Me too." Calum joins in

"Me three. Actually I'm a man. I don't need cuddles." Ashton says in a manly voice

"Yeah right. Remember that one time you went to the doctors office for a check up? They tried to give you a free flu shot and you cried like a baby. We had to cuddle you 24/7 because you were afraid the needles will get you unexpected." Michael responds

"We'll have you judge and you decide who's better. Later." Luke says

"Uh guys?" I get their attention

"Yeah?" They say in unison

"Can you get off of me!" I try to push them off but it's no use. Four guys against one girl? No way. This time they finally get off of me, one by one. When Michael finally gets off, I take in a deep breath to refill my lungs. We hear a knock at the door and Liz walks in.

"I didn't know where you kids went! I was searching the whole house for you guys, and girl." She gestures to me with a sweet smile.

"Oh no!" My parents are probably off of work and are going crazy.

"What is it sweetie?" Liz asks me with concern

"I'm sorry, but I really have to go." I'm flipping out in the inside. I get up and head towards the door. I quickly say goodbye to Liz and walk out into the cool breeze of August.

"We are coming with you." Calum says with the boys following behind.

"Ok." I smile back. We walk in silence for the first few seconds until Ashton speaks up.

"Let's make this fun." He says

"What do you have in mind?" Calum asks

"Leapfrog!" He yells excitedly

"Isn't that a tablet?" Michael asks

"I don't know. Just jump over each other." Ashton replies

Everyone stops walking and gets in a line. Ashton, Michael, Calum, Luke, then me as the caboose.

"Ok Lily! Jump over us!" Ashton yells from the front.

"Alright!" I yell back.

Everyone crouches down except for me. I jump over Luke with no problem. Being Calum, he gets lower to make sure I don't trip over him. Aw, he's so sweet. Next up is Michael. Oh boy. I can hear him laughing in the inside. I quickly jump over him and make it. I turn around to look at him and he just raises his eyebrows innocently. I shake my head and face my last obstacle. Ashton Irwin. He turns his head to look at me and tries to hide his smile.

"What are you up to?" I ask him

"Nothing. Just jump." He says. I let out a deep breath and jump. When I get over his shoulders he stands up automatically. I let out a killer scream and grab his head for dear life. When he gets his balance and starts to walk. Walk turns to speed walk. Speed walk turns to jog, which turns to full on sprint. I hear the other guys shout 'wait up'. I'm laughing and crying at the same time. He starts to slow down as we approach my house.

"Put. Me. Down." I say through shaky breaths. He giggles and puts me down. The rest of the boys catch up and we all walk up to my door. Before I can reach the doorknob it swings open with a worried mom and an angry dad. They surprise me so I accidentally jump back and step on Luke's foot.

"Ow." He says quietly

"Sorry." I whisper to him

"Young lady where were you?" My mom asks me

"I was with my friends." I say looking down at my feet

"Who are you?" My dad asks them

"I'm Luke."

"I'm Calum."

"I'm Michael."

"And I'm Ashton."

"Are you crying?" Selena says walking towards us

"No." I quickly wipe my tears from Ashton's shoulder ride.

"Come inside now." My mother says. Her face expression changed to stern. I don't know what's the problem, I probably only been gone for an hour.

"I'll see you later guys." I look at them one last time before walking inside. They all wave and walk off...
