Nina woke up without Rea beside her.

She decided to first to her routine before starting to look for Rea.

She went out of the bedroom and then looked for Rea.

"Hon?....Hon?" she said while walking donwstairs but she couldn't find Rea.

When she was walking inside the kitchen and then she saw a note.

To my Honey,

Good morning, Honey. I'm sorry I couldn't join you to breakfast because I have something to do in the office e. I hope you understand.

I prepared a breakfast for you, I hope it tastes good.

I love you, Honey.

Rea

Nina smiled upon reading Rea's letter.

She then started to eat her breakfast.

At the office

"Jamaica, do I still have meetings this afternoon?"

"No ma'am. Mr. Peña had an emergency so he's not going to make it."

"Okay, thank you."

The secretary then left her office.

Rea texted Marlyn to come over her office which the latter agreeded.

After 30 minutes, Marlyn came. "What's up?" she asked as she entered the room.

"Come on. Help me" Rea then left the room without answering Marlyn's question.

Yet confused, Marlyn followed her to her car.

Hours have passed and Nina couldn't help herself but think of Rea. The latter hasn't messaged her since she woke up.

She had a déjà vu.

"Pilla, aalis muna ako, ha? I just need to do something." Nina spoke to her mate. "Of course. Kami nalang muna bahala dito," she replied.

Nina hurriedly left the office.

She drove to Rea's office but the latter was not there.

"Good afternoon, Jamaica," she greeted.

"Good afternoon, ma'am," the secretary also greeted.

"Sinabi ba ni Rea kung saan sya pupunta?" she asked as she was trying to calm herself.

The secretary lost her smile, "I'm sorry ma'am, hindi po kasi sya nagsabi."

Nina just nodded and thanked her then left.

Inside her car, Nina decided to call and text Rea again but she didn't get a single response.

When Rea charged her phone, she saw a 14 missed calls and 5 unread messages from Nina.

"Oh God. What do I do?" she spoke to Marlyn.

"Maiintindihan nya 'yan."

Rea immediately drove off the cemetery.

At Rea's house

Rea just got home after a long day of her. She saw Nina peacefully sleeping in the living room.

She went near her and kissed her cheeks which woke Nina up.

"Hmmm"

"Hun, let's go upstairs na," said Rea.
