"He fell in love, Jotaro. Something you wouldn't understand."
"I stole it to cover our tracks should the room get ransacked," you admitted, glaring up at him with your arms folded. "What makes you think I'd betray you?" Tone dropping to a stammering whisper, his ears pricked up. "After all, how could I betray the boy who saved my life all those years ago?" Suddenly, something snapped. The giant man plunged into you, smashing his mouth against yours like it was his last day on Earth. Clothes rustled when you tried to grab onto something, anything to keep up with his desperate affection and shuffling feet backing you onto the hotel bed, eventually throwing you onto it by your thighs. Leaning up, you stretched your neck to meet his lips, hands already occupied with his shirt buttons and your bra beneath the blouse. Reaching your hands round to cover his at your back, his lips left lingering kisses on your neck before coming up to look at you, confused.
Everything was going well now, wasn't it? Removing his hands, they stroked along your back before returning to himself."You look like the Dandy Highwayman, it's no wonder they've set us up."
Fanning yourself down a little, Jotaro looked you top to bottom, usual unchanged expression on his face. Something was different about you and he honestly couldn't work out what. As attentive as he was to minute details, admittedly he didn't see your face enough to truly register such points.
"Don't get ahead of yourself, it's just a hot flush." You were beginning to feel warm and tired, muscles screaming a little in your limbs and joints. Swishing your hips as you wound through a corridor, each decorated beautifully in mahogany and gold, like the heavy set doorway with a huge padlock on it. Taking the lock in your hand, you dropped it with a clang, turning to look at your partner.
"Locked?"
"Yeah. I can get us in, but it might take some time." Scanning for another possible entry point, a vulgar chuckle alerted you both to some pursuers.
"Aniki! They must be the stand users!" a young member of Passione yelled, to which his accomplice agreed. You swallowed as they approached you both, backing you into the door. One of the men, Prosciutto, was tall, sporting golden buns at the back of his skull and an expensive looking gridded suit. The Italian accent made him even more handsome as he strutted further towards you. His colleague, Pesci, was shorter, but still as scary with his green hairdo and broad face.
"We have to stop running into each other like this, Bella. First the hotel room, now here." Prosciutto's words cut into JoJo like a knife through hot butter. He wasn't seriously alluding to an affair, was he?
Before he could think, you had leapt forward in a flurry of camouflage behind the mask and wrapped your legs around the tall one to hold his neck in place in order to choke him. Struggling against one another, Prosciutto clamped his hands down on your thighs to try and prise them from his shoulders as Pesci looked on, similar to a startled Kujo.
"Don't just stand there, punch him or something!"Unfortunately, the warning was wasted when Prosciutto clawed at your wrists and chest for some clear flesh. If he could just touch your skin, he would have a chance at aging you faster than the current rate. Large rooms such as these were difficult to heat up quickly, so the process was taking a while. Finally experiencing a moment of clarity, Jotaro punched through the door with Star Platinum in order to escape, certain that the Foundation would be able to pay for any damage.
"Pesci! Go after him!" the older Neopolitan screamed, prompting his weak-willed accomplice to give chase. Throwing you off his body with his stand whilst failing to mark you, you scrambled to your feet, ripping the sweaty mask from your face to allow your reptile face free and grant your stand's full power.Back to back in Pesci's fishing line, you sat and waited for your fate. You couldn't try and escape for fear of the hook piercing one of your organs. Even though Star Platinum was quick, it wasn't a risk Jotaro was willing to take. Not on your life. He'd never really been caught before, he'd always prevailed. But now he was going to die here, with you. You were going to meet your cruel end holding the hand of the man who did you wrong, who grew old with you in the blink of an eye but wasn't there for any of it. Swallowing, you decided you had to keep your cool and your mouth shut. The man heard this unfortunately, and chose to question it in his natural, basic manner.
"I suppose I'm just thinking of how to word my apology in the afterlife." Shifting your glance, he cocked a brow in amusement. Comedic 'til the end. "Not that you'd be interested."
"I'm not," he confirmed coldly "I'm just... In Egypt I—"
"Ah, Egypt. It always comes back down to Egypt. Of course."
"DIO's at the foot of all this, I know it!"
"He's dead, I don't know how many times I have to repeat that to you. I saw the pictures and the lack of media coverage. DIO isn't at the bottom of everything, this is mafia territory. It's probably some gangster."
"You weren't there. He's come back to life before! Why do all these people have stands, doesn't it make you wonder?!"
"There's stand users all over the world!"
"I'm sorry," you mumbled, eyes stinging. Jotaro reached with his right hand to grasp your left, threading his fingers with yours. Your eyes widened in shock at his action, a rogue tear escaping it's balancing act on your waterline. "Jotaro, I'm so sorry!"
"Shut up, Woman," he called through gritted teeth, trying to smirk. "I know you are, you stupid bitch. Don't say it again." His nails began to dig into your knuckles, breaking the top layer of flesh and leaving marks. "Don't waste your apologies."
