Kyrie has learned the locations and directions she needed. She also knew that he was a scout. That is all she needed.

She pulls a metallic tube out of nowhere.

Kyrie: "Sinner. Look into this and accept your punishment."

The bandit had no choice, so he did. It's either this mysterious punishment or death. He thought, perhaps, it may end the same.

A light flashes from the Neuralyzer.

Kyrie then speaks in her "new normal" borderline tomboy-sounding voice.

(A/N: A girl is still a girl. Even a tomboy-sounding voice is still girly in its own... shall we say "enticing" manner.)

Kyrie: "So, uh. One of your bandit buddies defected and got killed by a Flame Dragon. The other two defected after you treated them badly. You also accidentally dropped your money in a river. You'll return to base and report that Italica's alright for the taking."

Kyrie smirks to herself underneath that helmet.

After that, she leaves the last unnamed bandit frozen for a while.

She'd already disintegrated the weapons that the other former bandits dropped and taken the money they left. Apparently, they thought that the money those formers had were considered 'impure' since it was gained through bloodshed.

Now, with money secured, and a mindset to not cause inflation, she puts all the available money in the Magic Satchel.

Kyrie: "'I wonder if it'll actually take out the right amount and not generate more...' "

Time passes and Kyrie makes it to the city of Italica, wearing what she considers "semi-formal scholar-wear"; a violet vest top with a thin white bowtie above a long-sleeve white polo, along with a respectable knee-high dark violet skirt, above-ankle white stockings, and black shoes.

Kyrie: "'Pretty good if I do say so myself.' "

Also, she "slightly" altered her looks because she felt cute. Might delete later.
