Foolhardy and simply foolish, and yet, despite that, the people of the continent finally reacted rationally. What did it take? An entire Empire of boundless years of history settling into dust and rubble.

Across all nations, something similar to a state of emergency was declared. Envoys and diplomats of all kingdoms scatter to each other in a rush, fearful of which kingdom the Necrons may fell.

In the moments of sheer desperation and greed, respectively, all those who fall under the banner of humanity, unite themselves, forming the Humanity Declaration, and under this declaration to save all of humanity, all delegates have agreed upon the following edicts.

First, all borders are to remain open regardless of reason.

Second, all nations must appropriately provide their share of resources and manpower to manufacture and maintain a major defense line and the wall being built there.

And third, should any nation use the Humanity Declaration to invade another sovereign, they will be stricken from the agreement and declared traitors to humanity.

Four months have passed.

Using the data given by the Cryptek, Thakmatet, the heavy hitters of the kingdoms were sent to destroy all small hosts that had spread beyond the defense line. It was thanks to Touya and his household, now turned official, that humanity has gained this chance.

Now, plentiful defenses mount the thick walls of the defense line and siege weapons accompany a grand army to initiate the final push and destroy the Necrons once and for all.

Touya: "<<It's time... It's finally time.>>"

Touya states in indifference, for the toll of tragedy and war have finally weathered his mild personality. Standing tall, he draws the sword in his mech.

Yumina: "<<When this is all over, please let us have, not only peace as our reward, but also your word that you will finally marry us.>>"

Yae: "<<Truly, it has been some time. You should finally complete this rite.>>"

The two speak pleasantly, albeit bittersweet, given their circumstances and what they've gone through.

Yumina lost an eye to a nearly lethal radiation shot to her eye, yet she somehow retains her original cuteness and growing beauty.

Yae had to sacrifice the most. In multiple battles, she had risked herself to protect others. Standing as she was, all of her nigh-unhealable wounds, which cannot be completely recovered by magic, have resulted in her losing both arms, her right lung, and left eye. They were all replaced by bionics created by Adrielle.

The flesh truly is weakness.

As for Elze and Linze, a traumatic scene of the Necron Flayers led them to taking a vow of silence until this is all over, though it is strange that they take this route. Still, war affects everyone differently.

Adrielle was, for the most part, the same, though her hatred has become more pronounced in her brutality and fearlessness in the face of overwhelming disadvantage.

However, even in the darkest of midsts, the girls continue to hold firm to their love for Touya.

Touya: "<<And what about you, Lucia?>>"

He questions with comforting sympathy.

She holds a set of metal tags laced around her neck, fashioned in what Touya knows as dog tags. The late Emperor Zephyrus Rea Regulus' crown was melted down and the metal was used to fashion and forge a suit layer under her enchanted plate armor, dubbed the Black Carapace. The rest of the metal was used to forge two dog tags, bearing the names of Lucia and Emperor Zephyrus.
