ok so i'll be honest the meditation i used for this was NOT very good LMAO might have contributed to not shifting

the raven method is less simple than i had said. it's definitely less imaginative than the hug method, but it's more than just counting to one hundred and then affirming yourself

start off with a few affirmations. 'i am shifting to my desired reality', 'i will shift tonight', 'i am a master shifter', etc.

get into a comfortable position. you'll stay in this position for the entire method so make sure your joints are comfortable!! (very important obviously)

you'll start counting to 100 typically, but you can do more than that if you feel you've counted too fast or anything. on every breath in, say the number in your head. inhale, 1. exhale. inhale, 2. exhale. and so on

every so often, i do every 10 numbers but you can do every 5 or between every number you'll repeat an affirmation to yourself. while you're counting, try to imagine yourself in your desired reality. you can imagine you're doing this method in someone's bed, maybe in your DR bed or steve's bed or eddie's bed. or you could be on a grassy hill in hawkins, or skull rock. somewhere that's important to you is probably best

you may start to feel symptoms throughout the counting, but don't focus on them. symptoms are not important. keep your focus on affirming yourself and visualizing and counting. once you've counted to 100, repeat affirmations to yourself and imagine yourself in your DR until you fall asleep.

when you wake up, you will be in your desired reality!!
