hi everyone!
so... i didn't realllly try to shift last night, but i also did. i set the intention to shift and listened to a stranger things sub for a bit, and then just put on a sleep aid and went to sleep w/the intention to shift
i didn't shift, but it's ok! i'm actually... ok with it.
i'm gonna actually listen to more subliminals today, cause i listened to one last night before i tried to shift by slade, and it was actually really nice !!! i think it got me out of my funk a little bit?? idk.
i might also stop updating this as regularly. i saw some shifting advice that was like 'you need to stop focusing on your shifting JOURNEY and focus on your shifting' and i think... i've been focusing on the journey a bit too much. does this keep me motivated? a little bit! but i think i need to focus on actually shifting more rather than the lead up to shifting. if that makes sense
but yeah idk i might i might not, who KNOWS ...... i'm a ball of mysteries
i wanna see max though idk why i have such an URGE to see her but i do
