didn't shift!
iiii i really don't remember much of last night i. remember tossing and turning a lot i just don't think i was in the shifting mindset tbh
but TONIGHTS THE FULLL MOOON YEAHH YAAHHEHHAYYEY I'M SO EXCITED!!!! I'M gonna listen to so many subliminals and also . think about my dr literally all the time !
idk if i'm gonna use the piano method though, i don't think it's really jiving with me? the meditation i was using was actually pretty good, i think i'll steal the inbetween bit for myself cause that really helps me get ready to shift
yeah that's all i methinks ! :]
