didn't shift, but i got suuuper numb and like . it literally felt like i was floating for a good portion of the method, like i didn't feel like i was in my body anymore tbh
i tried the piano method for the first time so i think that's a good sign!!! i'm gonna keep using it for a bit :]
i'm very excited for tomorrow night, cause it's the pisces full moon which is GOOD i'm gonna be veryyy diligent about shifting tomorrow!!!! :D
anyways that's all i think!
