i didn't shift last night, but it's okay! i was really stressed yesterday and i really tried to ... like, get rid of all the thoughts n junk but i couldn't and the tension wouldn't leave my body. so it just makes sense that i didn't
i also didn't lay in the starfish position that might have also contributed to blockage

i tried the hug method for the first time, i'm not sure if i liked it or not but i'll stick with it for the next couple of days just to see if it gives me more symptoms next time.

speaking of symptoms, i didn't really get any - i've gotten them before like 2 years ago, so i know what they feel like LMAO the most i got was like fingers twitching and legs jerking.

here's hoping tonight goes better! i'm gonna drink a lot of water and meditate and affirm myself :]
