"Now that the Bride and the Groom, have given themselves to each other by solemn vows, with the joining of hands, and the giving and receiving of rings and with the power vested in me I pronounce that they're now Husband and wife, in the name of the father, the son, and of the holy spirit. You may now kiss the Bride!" the priest said and then he suddenly cupped my cheeks and kissed me passionately.
I smiled as we look at our son making little noises and our families and friends around us. Looking at us proudly, and he looked at me again.
"You're now officially mine, babe" he whispered to me. "Only mine" he said and then kissed me passionately again.
The crowd cheered for us. It still feels sureal that this is all happening. It still feels like yesterday when I bumped my car with his car, hindi ata yung sasakyan niya yung nabangga ko eh. Pati ata yung puso niya nabangga ko pati na din puso ko nakuha niya. Cringe but this is how love can really change people. Kaya mong gawin lahat para lang sa pag-ibig, just for love.
Parang noon lang i'm still afraid to commit yet here I am marrying someone I love. I guess it was all worth it, it was all worth the risk. Regrets? Wala akong pinagsisihan, may mga maliliit na bagay na pinagsisihan ako but when it comes to us wala akong pagsisisi.
Life is full of surprises and sometimes life is like a rollercoaster ride. Minsan madami kang napagdadaanan pero I know malalagpasan mo din. We just need to trust ourselves na makakaya natin.
I looked at the orange skies, here we are watching the sunset together with our little boy. He's already turning one next month, I smiled as I looked at them.
"Hey, hon." salubong niya sa akin and gave me a smile, do I deserve this sweet guy?
"Hey, sweetie" I looked at our son that he is holding. He makes a little sounds and played with his own saliva.
"How about me? Aren't you going to say Hi to me, babe?" pagpapa cute pa ng ama ng anak ko and he pouted din.
"Hey, babe" I looked at him and sweetly smiled and then he suddenly grabbed my waist while still holding our son with his other arm, and then he kissed my temple.
"Aw my clingy baby" sabi ko at hinarap siya at kinurot ang kanyang pisngi and then he scrunched his nose at kinuha ko ang anak namin sakanya na inaamba na ang kamay sa akin, senyales na gusto niyang magpakarga sa akin.
"I didn't know that I would be this addicted to you" he whispered to me and he chuckled. And I didn't know that I can be selfless and selfish at the same time with you.
"Love you" he whispered again.
"I love you too" I answered him and then he suddenly rested his chin on my shoulders while we're here sitting and just watching the sunset with our son at the shore.
Parang panaginip lang ang lahat pero pag dating sa kanya parang totoo ang lahat. With him it feels so real and it feels like home.
I thought it was all just a vacation in Baguio but when I met him, I did found love Along Baguio.
