Around 20 minutes later Lizzie rocked up with banging on my door which obviously took longer than expected to get across the house.
I got dressed a while ago and now I'm opening the door to the beast
"hi" lizzie screamed in my ear I flinched at the volume.
"hi" I groaned out making her laugh I open the door for her to come in.
"how are you" I greeted walking down the hallway
"oh well, I'm having the best day" she said looking at me with a creepy smile.
"what?" I ask in confusion 'why is she acting so weird'
"well, I meet the guy at the book store today" she said making it click in my brain
"oh no you didn't" I ask in a teasing tone
"what how am I not supposed to he was cute, tall, dark hair, everything I have been dreaming of" she gushed over him like he was in her dream for her inter life.
"lizzie you gush over everyone you see" I said still with a teasing smirk.
"I do not, but this guy seems like the person I want to know, and see again" she said
"well did you get his number?" I asked making her sigh and look down
"no I didn't I was to nervous, I just should have asked" she said making me chuckle
"lizzie you will see him again don't worry I promise" I said making her sigh again and nod her head.
"welp lets mingle at the park shall we?" she said using mingle making me chuckle again
"yeah lets go, ill meet you in the car" she smiled and went to the front door walking out side/
I didn't stay long in the house and grabbed my phone, purse and keys and walked out the door locking it behind me. I slowly walked down my steps and to Lizzies car. I opened the door to be meet with a vanilla scent.
"you ready?" lizzie asked making me nod

of course, its the park y/n and I went to, where is she?
I hopped out the car slowly walking on the foot path where I was met with lizzie. she linked arms with means walked at my pace through the park. we had small chat but we were mostly silent listening to the family around us and the wind blowing in different angles. lizzie dragged us to a bench facing a large pond.

"ok enough of the silence lets, play I spy" she said and its not just any eye spy this is special we have to spot... well hot people we would be with? if that's hot you explain things.
"Lizzie I already told you I can't I have a husband" I said
"yeah but just forget about that right now, go back to old times just for 1 hour and forget about Colin" she said making me sigh
"fine" I said making her let out a excited squeal
"ok so you remember how to play? I pick somebody and you have to chose if you would or wouldn't be with them, and why?" she explained making me nod.
"okkk...hmmmmmm the guy over there in the green shirt and jeans" she said pointing to a man wearing those clothes.
"no I wouldn't, because he looks about bit old for me" I said he looks like 50-60 years old, I think lizzie picking that was a joke but no.
"haha ok umm ill pic 1 more and then you can pick for me" she said "ok, ooo the person over there in the white t-shirt, and black sweat pants," she said pointing to a woman in the park, its a woman wearing Air Pods, she had her short hair out and looks like she has been running, she looks awfully like y/n, is that y/n?
the woman turned her head and faced us making me gasp, it is y/n. I could see we locked eyes but she looked away straight after. but I was still staring in shock I haven't seen her in I don't even know how long.
I was cut out of my thoughts when lizzie was talking to me
"Hello?, Scarlett you there?" Lizzie said snapping her fingers in front of my face
"Ugh,-ugh yeah" i said but obvious I wasn't telling the truth
Lizzie noticed my stutter and smirked
"Do you know her?" She asked smirking
"I-i yeah she is just a friend don't worry" i said making her frown
"By the way you are staring at her tells me different" she said teasing me making we wants to punch that smirk off her face.
"Stop Lizzie, we are just friends and I haven't seen her in while" i said even though 75 percent of it was true.
"If you say so" she said and sat back "ok now back to the game, you pick someone" she said in smiling back and looking back at the park
I also looked back at the park and stated looking for someone, i saw a man with black hair and tall, wearing shorts and i black t shirt. I point to him and say 'him'
She didn't respond making me confused and look at her. She had a gaped mouth and didn't blink.
"Lizzie?" I said
"Th-that's him, that's the man i saw at the book shop" she stuttered out, making me laugh
"Lizzie close you mouth you catching fly's" i chuckled she seemed to break from her trance and face me, she had a blush on her face.
"do you want to go for a walk" she said unexpectedly, I just nodded, she helped me up both of making sure not to hurt me
we started talking about life and work but mostly lizzie because she actually can and started walking around the lake to the playground. I started laughing at a conversation about how lizzie fell on set before I got interrupted.
"haha rea-"
"hey sorry to interrupt, I just recognise you are you lizzie right" I tall man with black hair asked
"u-ugh yeah you are Robbie right?" she asked back making me silently chuckle to myself from her nervousness usually she is very confident and I'm not saying she still isn't I just haven't seen this lizzie since our high school days
"yeah that's me, its nice to see you again, again I'm sorry to interrupt but could I talk to you for one second" he ask, lizzie looked at me, I just nodded silently allowing her to go ahead.
her and Robbie walked off further down the path talking
now what?
I looked around firstly at the lake then to the car park then the playground and saw...y/n... again on her phone with headphones in. my head flushed in with multiple emotions from happiness from seeing her to anger because why the fuck would she ignore me for so long I need her to get me through this pregnancy and I need her now because she is one of my closets friends and her leaving and not getting in contact with me isn't helping.
I walked to her but slow because I have a 8 month baby in my stomach and stood in front of her. she looked up and her face flushed with surprise
